The location is amazing, facing the beach.
The air conditioners in the rooms didn't work, the fans provided in the rooms were not so comfortable to sleep. We found one big cockroach in the kitchen. The sofa bed cover could be of better fabric.

Wi-Fi and location.
The location is nice, but we had difficulty in finding a parking place. Housewares and kitchenware’s were not enough and old. Wi-Fi is fast. The apartment has no air conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open so be prepared to fight mosquitoes. The place where the apartment is located is noisy (garden machinery, garbage truck) and the cafeteria next to it plays loud music on weekends, which made us uncomfortable.
Apartment entrance, bathroom and elevator size are not suitable for wheelchair guests. However, we had received confirmation about the suitability of the apartment before the reservation, missing information…

The apartment would have appear to have been recently refurbished. It was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and electric shutters.

Loved the location, on the beach with a pool. Near bars restaurants and shops. Supermarkets nearby. Walking distance to villa mourea.
Old fashioned furniture not refurbished. Painting going on within complex. Tiny rickety lift. Noise coming from upstairs, children crying 4am.

Balcony was great with nice view. Appreciated the washer and drying rack as well as the beach chair. The deep soaking tub was welcoming after being out all day. Staff was easy to communicate with and provided excellent instructions which made check in and out easy and efficient. Would stay here again!
The construction was an eye sore and the noise from the playground and common areas can get loud. But wasn't a major problem for me during my stay.

We arrived a bit early, thankfully since they were about to leave for 1 1/2 hour lunch that would have left us waiting but the checkin was fast and easy and staff spoke great english. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was nicely done.
The building needs maintenance. We had a broken window, and broken Persian blind that was not openable, sliding balcony doors need new bottom track wheels for proper rolling. Stairways need some TLC, paint to brighten, paint on handrails etc.

the property was great location
The apartment was basic and had a bad smell that gave me headaches. I did mention this to the apartment rep and the cleaner came up with me. They did nothing or didn’t offer to relocate me. I had to buy air freshener which didn’t work. In the end I had to relocate with no compensation.

the furniture was out dated and old we have stayed in this block of apartments before and apartments are usually really nice we just got an old one this time I guess. it’s a pity because it’s in an amazing location, right on the strip.. a lick of paint and new furniture ( comfortable L shaped couch, for winter nights to relax and watch movies) it would make a huge difference to this apartment. because we were there after Xmas weather isn’t great but we like to chill and watch movies so a more common couch to chill on would have made a huge difference.

Apartment was right beside the sea and promenade and had a side view of the sea...Staff were friendly and pool area was clean. The kitchen area was v well equipped and seating area in sitting room was also comfortable .
Because of my mobility issues and because I use a walker the grounds of the apartments have steps everywhere making it difficult to get around ...Also their are a few ramps between the blocks of apartments they are v v steep and dangerous for anyone with mobility issues to use ...The actual entramces to the apartments also have a series of steps and ramps would make life easier for people in wheelchairs to use ...The chairs around the pool had no covers on them and as a result it was v uncomfortable to sit by the pool ..

close to beach, the bed was amazing, so comfortable, very clean, air conditioning was brilliant
the shower flooded the bathroom and hall each time we used it so we stopped using it and used our friends. think the drain was blocked

Such a lovely apart-hotel right on the beach in Quarteria, couldn't ask for a better spot! Had a beautiful sea-side view with a lovely spacious balcony to enjoy.
Great food and drinks around, lovely and helpful hosts, will definitely stay here again next time!
Apartment had great facilities to do your own cooking, all utensils/fridge/freezer/cooker/pots/pans etc - incredibly useful for when you don't want to eat out every meal.
Nothing of note honestly compared to some other hotels.

Didn’t suffer an apartment tour
Only one door key! If you nipped out alone you’d have to lock your partner inside if you wanted to take the key as door didn’t stay shut without the key!

All good allowed us to stay longer on check out day and very accommodating all round. They also looked after our luggage when we arrived prior to check in time . Rooms are basic, clean value for money and had excellent Wi-Fi Hub . Close to the beach and happy people all around. Great Security various doors with keycode within the apartment area.
Showers could do with a a update but adequate .

the lady was in the reception and warmly welcomed us to the apartment. she gave us clear instructions on how to access the building and apartment. She also insured that we could get a change of towels during the week should we choose that option.
Everything was great. We had no problems with our accommodation.
