Good location and friendly staff

Rooms seemed a bit worn out. In some need of a refurbishment.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-located. The kitchen was easy to use and offered some typical supplies, such as coffee. The backyard patio was enjoyable, and the neighborhood was excellent for all sorts of activities. The apartment is located right on a tram line and near a stop, there is a wonderful, large park right across the street, and there are endless options for food, drink, and leisure within easy walking distance. The front office staff/property manager was quick and responsive to questions and setting up our check-in and check-out.

It would be helpful to have more flexibility for picking up keys and checking out. I was disappointed that the property would not give us a 2-hour late check-out, which they said was not possible due to the need to clean for the next guest; when we went back to pick up our bags, our apartment was untouched and it was clear there was no need for us to have been out at the standard check-out time, even though having to be out of the apartment early created challenges for us in our subsequent travel. The apartment upstairs creates noise in this apartment whenever someone up there is walking - which is especially noticeable early in the morning. There are four seats on the patio, but only three cushions. It would be beneficial to add additional easy chairs in the living room area, rather than having just one couch in there. Last, the apartment is overpriced - we paid well over $400 USD per night - which is far too much for this particular property in this location.

Amazing hosts who went above and beyond. Great location, very comfortable apartment.

Only downside was the stairs are extremely steep/ a bit awkward.

The staff were incredible! They were really accommodating in every way. They provided an intricate maps of the metro and tram lines, that even included all the stops between the apartment stop and the main attractions. The apartment itself was really lovely, it felt very homely and it had everything you need including glassware, cutlery , soaps and such, there was even spare bed sheets and a comforter in the closet. It was still quite modern and had great natural light. The location is perfect, its opposite this huge beautiful park , theres two shops only a few minutes walk down the road, the tram stop is also really close and connects you to the tourist sights like Dam Square, Rijikmuseum and Van goph museum.

The balcony was lovely but it’s not secluded and there was some scaffolding at the back for some renovations, it didn’t really bother us because its not intrusive but others may find it unpleasant.

Irene, the host, was exceptional, always attentive to our needs. Without her help, we would never have been able to carry the four suitcases up the narrow and steep stairs.

I never imagined having to carry 4 suitcases up such narrow and steep stairs, equivalent to 3 floors, to reach the apartment. It has been one of the most challenging experiences to access an apartment, and I definitely do not want to repeat it in the future.

The hotel is located right in front of a park, which is a great bonus for nature lovers and those who enjoy a peaceful environment.

We booked a room for five people, but ended up being charged for six people because we didn't specify the correct number of guests. This was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise.

Tisja was more than helpful! We had the most perfect stay, close to central- just 2 trams away. The double bed and sofa bed were comfy and we got a great couple nights sleep. Everything was perfect!

The stairs were extremely steep, however I think this is quite common in Amsterdam and didn’t affect our stay at all!

The location is great. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are some things that are broken. The main light in the bedroom did not work. The curtains in the living room are a bit loose and the cover of the extractor fan is loose. However, no serious issues that affected us directly.

Excellent location near tram and train and very easy reach to any parts of Amsterdam. Clean and very well equipped with kind personnel.
