Firstly, there is a spacious parking area to the right hand side of the complex which is a real bonus. The studio apartment was very clean, well planned out and presented, the kitchenette had china, cutlery, pans and basic condiments so we were able to prepare light meals and sit at the table and chairs provided, the bed was very comfortable and the small balcony had a nice view. We personally enjoyed drinks and spent most time using the great roof terrace up one flight of stairs which had a lovely view of the lake, mountains and passing boats so even in accommodation without a lake view, there is the opportunity to use the roof terrace instead. Dragana is a great host, helpful and friendly providing good value accommodation. There is a bakery, restaurants and grocery stores less than a 10 minute walk away. Be mindful that the road along this side of Kotor Bay to Prcanj is narrow and a little precarious for driving

Our stay at Dragana’s house was absolutely amazing. There is convenient parking where we easily parked both of our cars, and the sea is literally just across the road. The water is incredibly calm and beautiful, with several easy ways to get in, either by steps or from the pebble shore. The terrace was perfect for our group of six. We spent many wonderful evenings there together, and having a gas grill completely at our disposal was a great bonus. The house itself has everything you could need. It is clean, cozy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. But the most incredible part is the balcony stretching across the entire house, with direct access from every bedroom. We spent so many wonderful mornings there with our friends, drinking coffee and looking out over the breathtaking views of the bay. It was pure magic. Dragana was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful, and was always there whenever we needed anything. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that could have made our stay better. We are very grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely love to come back next year!

Great location, good sized room and plenty of parking

Confortable, con muy buen aire acondicionado (viajamos en agosto), muy limpio, con aparcamiento, al lado del mar y con unas vistas maravillosas. El jardín que rodea los apartamentos también esta muy cuidado. También agradecimos que a unos pocos pasos hubiese un pequeño supermercado.
