Limitação dos canais de tv, principalmente notícias .... Enxoval , toalhas e tapete de banheiro já bem desgastados

The view of the lake is spectacular for those rooms that get it.

I'd like to have dinner start at 6 PM rather than 7 as my meetings each night began at 7. Also - you charge for the water? Most hotels provide 1 or 2 bottles gratis each day.

Noisy airco, noise from street, no vegan options in restaurant. Bad uncomfortable chair for working.

The location and the prices were good. Also the staff in the reception was very helpful!

The buffet in the breakfast and the tables that we were eating were extremely dirty every day!!! We found lots of vermin flying around the restaurant and the food in the buffets didn’t have anything to protect from them, like protective caps or membrane!!!! Furthermore, I got sick from that during my staying there due to ill food!!!

Although they informed the pool and common area could be used from 7am, they took too long to clean it - around 8h30. I had no extra time, so I could not enjoy that area.
