Great room in a lovely hotel. 5 min walk to JR station. Very helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to the airport was a very useful way to round off our Japan trip.

Room too cramp for triple room, there is no closet for hanging out coat in winter or spring season, and also luggage rack/table so all luggage are putting on the floor make the room too cramp to walk around if stays for 3 persons in a room

入住時, 房間有些煙味, 但酒店只給了我消臭的噴霧 , 沒有另空氣變清新的其他方法

エアコンが効かない。暑い、息苦しい最低な施設。 部屋は西陽で非常に暑く、なのにエアコンが機能していない。 東京は気温が高く2024年4月1日は、昼は半袖で過ごせたほどの気温。 部屋は暑くて湿気が多く、フロントに部屋が暑い、エアコンが効かないとクレームを入れたが、館内は４月末まで　エアコンは機能してない送風のみと。 仕方なく、扇風機で一夜を過ごした。 窓も一切開けられないので、 誰かにみられても仕方ないが、ドアを開けて風の通り道を確保しようとした。しかし花粉はが外から入ってくるので、花粉症の私はドアを開けておくのは厳しく、他の宿泊者に中をみられるのも恥ずかしい。 １泊2万弱も払わさられ、エアコン無しのホテル、 設備は古く、２度と泊まらない、大失敗。 設備費をけちってるのが、どれだけ宿泊者を不快にさせているのか？　GMおよび上の会社の方針なのか？　 最低な東京滞在日になった。２度と泊まらないし 人にも薦めない。

가성비가 너무 좋았고 호텔도 깔끔해서 가족분들이 많이 오시는 것 같아서 안전한 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 오모리역에서 걸어서 아이 걸음으로 10분 내외고 근처에 라멘집과 많은 편의점이 있어서 불편한 점 없이 이용했습니다. 그리고 오모리역에 atre라는 작은 쇼핑몰이 있고 지하에 편의점보다 저렴한 푸드마켓이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 6박을 묵었음에도 크게 불편없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

청소를 매일 해주셨지만 수건과 이불 먼지 같은게 작게 쌓여 있어서 그부분이 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 도쿄쪽 번화가로 가려면 JR라인이라 교통비가 조금 더 들었고 시간도 더 걸렸습니다.

Relación calidad/precio, ubicación en el límite de la prefectura de Tokyo pero con estación de trenes próxima, Lawson al frente, siempre te salva para comer algo. Excelente opción para comer cerca de la estación Café Veloce

Bastante sucias las galerías de acceso a las habitaciones, qur no incluyera desayuno y que para incluirlo fuera costoso

Tamanho do quarto razoável

Limpeza péssima Serviço de quarto nao retirava o lixo do quarto, chegávamos e so tinham praticamente arrumado as camas….muito ruim…primeira vez que nos deparamos com isso, hotel caro com serviço de quarto nesse nível. Conforme foto anexo, lixo nao retirado do quarto!!!

The breakfast buffet every morning was filling and convenient. Omori is a relatively quiet area, which made it easier to sleep through the night. The staff was patient and tried to be accommodating for English speakers, though knowing at least a little Japanese will help. Some staff, like housekeeping, don't speak any English.

The queen bed was a bit smaller than queens that I'm used to. I'm 6'1 and my feet hung over the edge. Housekeeping staff is also not allowed in the room with guests, so you'll have to find somewhere to go every morning for an hour if you want them to clean. There are no seats in the lobby or on nearby sidewalks, so it can be rough if you're tired from the previous day's travels.

思っていたより部屋が広くて良かった。 朝ごはんがビュッフェで品数多くどれもとても美味しい料理でした。

部屋と部屋の間にあった仕切りドアのところに お菓子のような食べ終わった袋ゴミがあった。

Buena ubicación

No tienen lobby, habitación minima, todo muy viejo. Deje la habitación a las 11:30 y el checkout era a las 11 y me cobraron. No lo recomiendo.

The pillows that are already in the room are a little hard. There should also be an iron in the room.

Wish they have Water/ hot water stations with tea or coffee in the main lobby. Hardly any chairs in the lobby for sitting.

아이 둘 동반이라 넓은 방 위주로 검색하다 찾았던 곳이었음. 오모리역에서 거리 적당하고, 오가는 길도 깔끔함. 바로 앞에 편의점(로손) 있긴 한데, 처음 이틀만 이용해봤고, 그 이후로는 그냥 오모리역에 연결된 도큐스토어나 몰에서 애들 간식거리 쇼핑했음. 조식에 밥, 미소국, 김 3종 콤보면 한국 아이들 한끼는 항상 충분했고, 거기에 계란말이와 오믈렛이 번갈아 나오는데 다 좋음. 어른들은 밥, 카레에 데운야채류 추가로 넣어서 빠르고 든든한 한끼를 먹고 나설 수도 있음. 마지막날 체크아웃 후 공항까지의 무료셔틀도 기사분이 친절하시고, 아이들 데리고 멀리 걸어가서 다른 교통수단 탈 필요없이 편하고 좋았음. 벽에 옷 걸만한 후크가 3개 있고, 각각 옷걸이 2개씩 걸 수 있어서 외투 보관 용이함. 그 외의 여벌옷들은 트렁크 올려두는 곳이나 그 밑 서랍에 두고 다니면 되고, 트렁크는 침대 밑에 밀어 둘 수 있어서 공간이 모자라지 않았음.

딱히 없는데, 보통은 투숙객의 손이 닿지 않을 부분(침대 사이의 협탁 뒤쪽, 침대 밑 먼 안쪽 등)에는 오랜기간 쌓인 떡먼지가 있기는 했음. (아이들 때문에 위치를 살짝 밀어서 조정하려다가 봄) 한번 싹 대청소 되면 더 좋을 것 같음.

This is a list of the shortcomings - mould in the bathroom, huge stains on the carpet, drawings on the wall, chunks of paint missing from the walls, cleaning virtually non existent, and to top it off a toilet that stopped working, which was met by just wait and someone will be called in to fix it, to which I had to demand another room. Apart from the location I would suggest you make a decision based on my experience.

大森周辺では家族で泊まれるホテルが少ないので助かっています。スタッフの対応もよいです。

掃除をしてくれているのですが、連泊中、謎の破片のようなゴミが落ちていました。老朽化した何かだと思われます。
