Pese a tener poco personal para atender bien a todos los huéspedes, eran muy cercanos y preocupados, pero tenían que estar corriendo de un lado para otro para dar a basto.

Muy alejado de todo y lo peor fue que mi mamá se sentó en una de las reposeras de tela que habían en la mini terraza de cada habitación y ésta se rompió, por lo que mi mamá se golpeó los brazos y la cabeza al caer, arruinando así el último día que estuvimos en la isla.

the staff were very friendly, helpful & caring. the location is elevated & down a lane away from the road, the environment very quiet. The views were superb, the room large, & the level of service & help excellent.

Is not a dislike - is a bit of a hike into town, around 40 minutes, but passed the maoi at Ahu Tahai. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was charged - on previous occasions with other hotels it was part of the rate.

They gave a so-so recommendation for a guide to the archeological sites.

the staff is amazing! all of them made me feel special and welcome. there was an instance I forgot something in a cab and the owner had the driver back to hotel in minutes. truly exceptional service. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very slow and not professional service in Restaurant. Very poor breakfast. Shabby walls in the bathroom. The insects in the room!!!!

If you get one of the 3 rooms located in the lower part of the property, you would get the best sunsets. Otherwise, be aware of the limited view you get from the other rooms located uphill. Regardless, the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Ema even drove me to town when I got a flat tire! The place is very quiet and peaceful.

Apparently, a premium room doesn't equate to a the best view rooms (#1,2 &3), so the term is misleading. I'd suggest to create a separate category of standard rooms with accurate pictures of the view (which is limited) that would include all other rooms, except 1,2 and 3. Also, it would be a good improvement to add an electric kettle and a mini fridge, so guests could enjoy sunsets with a cup of tea or a drink from their own mini terrace (specially now, during Covid times).
