This is our second visit to the relaxed and spacious Amphora. An amazing 8 nights of total relaxation.

Everything in this hotel is great except two points to improve

1. Weak and unstable WiFi connection. It was hard to work remotely. You have to reconnect from time to time even if you don't move. It just should be fixed, it is not ok nowadays to experience troubles with internet in the hotel. 2. Dirty beach. There is a beach right in front of the hotel. Small quiet and beautiful beach. But there are lots of see dirt (seaweed mostly) on the sand. I understand that the beach is a public area and doesn't belong to Amphora hotel, but it so small, it doesn't take lots of cost to make light cleaning every day just sieving sand. Think about it.

Nothing much, however more car parking options might be a good improvement.

Everything is amazing! Even better than on the pictures. The room was big with the wonderfull view on the pool and the sea. There is very nice beach nearby. The food on a breakfast is awesome. But the best of the best is the hotel staff which are really taking care of everything and doing it with a big smile! Also this was our honeymoon and we got pretty sweet decoration and champaigne for the welcome.

Great location, great breakfast, lovely comfortable beds , good size rooms , nice views . Happy with beach towel rotation, good idea every 2 days .

We don’t always have our room serviced as it’s not necessary. When we do , the towels where not replaced with clean ones and tea /coffee/milk not topped up once over the week . It would have been nice to have a couple of English speaking channels on tv as other hotels do . The iron was badly burnt, but this was replaced promptly.

A day before visiting they called us that due to malfunction of air condition in some rooms we couldn't stay at Amphora and arrange us to stay at Capital Coast Resort & Spa, upgrading also to half board. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't as good as Amphora Hotel & Suites (Just 7,7 rating in Booking). It needs renovation immediately and its food wasn't the best. Furthermore It's location isn't convenient like Amphora.

- very week internet - the hair dryer is terribly slow. If you have thicker hair, I recommend you to bring your hair dryer, because the hotel does not offer other options - the door creaks a lot

On the positive side, breakfast is good and the employees are really friendly. Also, the location was great, with only a short walk on the beach road to restaurants.

We expected more, to be honest. The room was big, but the furniture was so uncomfortable that you did not really want to use the big living room it had. The rooms are quite old, not in great shape and a bit cold (no decoration whatsoever, furniture quite old and used). The gym is a joke, half of the machines are broken and it's dirty - apparently they don't really use it. Also, we specifically chose our room type for its bath tub (we're travelling with a baby and need to bath the little one from time to time). When I asked to get a plug to use it, they told me they were not allowed to hand them out to security reasons. When I pointed out that they had 3 pools with no lifeguard, hence security did not seem to be a real issue, they admitted it was "because our maintenance team does not allow it". I was surprised that this was more important than wishes from guests and asked for a different solution to bath our baby - they told me there was none. I asked for a call back from management and never got it. Of course we still used the bath tub, if you don't want guests to do so, don't put one in their room, however they way we were treated (and ignored) as guests left a bad after taste.

The Hotel was nice. Breakfast was excellent and the variation of different options were not lacking in any way. The staff was of utmost helpful origin and they were quick to solved any problems. The area is good to be in and the view is nice. Super close to everything you need.

However, the door let through some noise when it was raining during the night. The sauna/work out area perhaps is in need of a "refurbishment". Overall it was nice but some final touches could be done.
