Location to the beach and port as well as other walking and shopping was excellent. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. It is across the street from a cute park. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was excellent new facilities (largest shower we have had yet in Italy). Breakfast included was good quality.

The location can't be better, you are on a walking distance to the promenade and the beach. The room is exactly as in the pictures, spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is also a worthy option if you are up for it, the croissants and the coffee they serve are very delicious.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and it is a real disadvantage if you arrive with lot of luggage. There isn't a private parking also, be ready to spend ~30 min cruising the neighbourhood to find a spot on a public paid parking.

The room was spacious and fresh. Everything was really clean! The hotel is very close to the beach.

We could smell cigarettes smoke in the bathroom in the evening, maybe someone was smoking downstairs and this was coming up through the pipes.

Perfect location and tasty breakfast

Lengthy check-in. There’s also an extra fee to stay in Vieste in the summer months which was not mentioned.

The property has an excellent location, located between the pizzomunno beach and the old town center. The staff was really friendly, especially the lady at the breakfast.

unfortunately the bed sheets where not changed regularly (only one time within the 12 days we stayed with this accommodation).
