Our family had a great time biking and water rafting. the passes to SHARK were used daily.. thank you…and lots of bikes

kitchen was well stocked for our family gathering. Large pots and pans and electric griddle for pancakes! The large table was great for meals and games.

For the price it needed to update the patio furniture and keep better watch on how clean the cleaning people were leaving it between renters. I must say the owner was very receptive to our letting him know what things were in need of attention.

Very good

Nice place with enough space for our group to meet and accomplish our weekend goals.

The master shower has some funk growing on the shower door. The living room was loud when we were gathered for our meeting (no sound proofing). Some of the bikes had non-working brakes. TV was difficult to use (four remotes!?).

Cozy and wonderful

Such a great place. It was perfect for our group. So many beds! Nice private hot tub. I would 1000% stay again if.

Nothing. The wifi information was incorrect in the guide book at the lodge but I was able to contact someone and get the information pretty quickly.

All and all we enjoyed our stay.

There was no breakfast didn't know there was supposed to be. The house was nice and spacious but has been well used.

Could have been cleaner, dust on shelves and ledges, grandkids ran around barefoot on the floor and there feet were black and needed to be washed before going to bed. Someone elses socks were left behind a chair.

We had a very nice stay, 2 days wasn't enough to enjoy this beautiful area!

Big Pines was gorgeous! Deer came to visit every day! We had a large family group and it was very accommodating for 13 of us! The kids enjoyed the bikes and water park. We love the Sharc!

The gas stove seemed to take a long time to heat the pans for cooking. The smoke detector was very sensitive (which was ok).
