We stayed in a room with a balcony view of the black sand beach and the ocean. And what a view it was!!! Wine and Coffee were enjoyed immensely during the sunset and sunrise!! The futon was ready when we got there for our third-party - nice that we didn't have to tackle that upon arriving. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner - some of the dishes and utensils were sticky as though they hadn't been washed very well. I left a sweater behind and called to see if arrangements could be made to mail it home - to the mainland. It was easy to do! So thankful for the staff to go out of their way to do this. We would most definitely recommend a stay here.

Pleasantly surprised! The place was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including coffee for the first two days. The morning/all day views were spectacular. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Nice older condo that is well maintained. Perfect for seniors. Able to visit the Hana side of the national park.

Good size unit. Well maintained. Adequate parking. Beach view from lanai. Walking distance to most everything in town. Black pebble beach entrance on the property. Kind of pricey. Not the value it was in the past.

Loved that you looked right out at a beautiful black sand beach, beautiful! Went to sleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to the sound of jungle birds.

The property was great for the location. Beautiful views for sunrise. It was clean but could use some minor improvement such as paint touch ups and the lamp shades were dirty and molding. Check-in was easy. My husband and I found that many locals were unfriendly and rude which is the reason I would only recommend staying 1 night.

Only stayed one night and I could’ve stayed much longer. Quiet. Peaceful. East Maui is so beautiful.

Great property right near a black sand beach. Really quiet and very relaxing.

Although the property has some nice aspects, it's a dark, older space with a small kitchen and single-sink bath. The ocean view helps make up for the noise level and limited cooking utensils. Beach is rocky. Some pleasant artwork is a plus.

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Hana. It’s right on the beach at Hannah Bay and close to everything else and Hana. Lodging is limited in this little paradise. The apartment is exactly as described-Clean, organized and comfortable. The property management team is great. We would definitely recommend this apartment and most likely any in the facility.

Although the weather did not cooperate during our 3 night stay, we had a fantastic time and made the best of it. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the rain, clouds, waves, etc. This was the perfect place if you want to stop and enjoy some of the beautiful sights along the Road to Hana, instead of driving through in one day. A few recommendations if I may. The property is very well equipped so, after arriving at the Maui airport, we stopped at the Safeway and picked up food for breakfast, wine, and snacks - thank God we did because I wasn't impressed with the Hasegawa General Store. Not bad if you forgot something, but do your shopping at Safeway. There were plenty of glasses, dishes, pots, pans, etc. You could cook all three meals there. I highly recommend Braddah's BBQ (food truck) which is only about 5-10 minutes from the property. The portions were gigantic so we had leftovers for dinner one night. Also, highly highly highly recommend doing the Pipiwai Trail (about 30 minutes from house). As mentioned above, the weather wasn't great, so we hiked to the falls in the mud and we still loved it. Overall, very very happy with Unit #203 and the management team. If coming by the Road to Hana again, would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view! Nice and friendly staff. Beautiful condo! Pictures don't really do the condo justice. Our only wish is that we should have stayed longer!
