The apt was comfortable and well stocked, it had most all of the kitchen items one could need. The bed was comfy, the wifi worked great, there's a large terrace, esp for a smaller apt, which had a hammock, a rocking chair for two, plus other seating and a table for dining. You could host a lot of people here! Liked that they had a rack for drying clothes, useful for travelers who need to wash out things. Close to the Vatican, it's not a far walk to St Peter's Cathedral, maybe 15 minutes, but a bit longer for the Museums, since they are entered through the other side of the Vatican. I would stay here again for sure. It's great that it's only one floor up, my last apt on the other side of the Vatican was 6 floors up, so this was a breeze! Quiet and secure, it's a winner. There's a cafe downstairs, two Carrefour markets nearby and the cafe below also sells bus and metro access which I found out thanks to Flavio. Flavio is friendly, responsive and helpful. He let me check in early, which was great since I was just getting over a cold and was a bit tired. Bathroom is nice, with a good sized shower. Just be patient with the hot water in the bath, it needs to run a long time before it warms up, but there's lots of hot water. Hot water in the kitchen is faster. The woman who cleaned was also very nice, hard working and friendly. Overall, an excellent stay!

Maybe a towel for the kitchen would be nice, I just used the extra bath towel for drying dishes. Also, an extention cord to plug in phones or computers to charge. I only found one outlet in the bathroom that was free, but it's not a big deal. It didn't wreck my stay! Maybe a larger pot to boil pasta would be nice. Again, these are not big things, it was a wonderful stay.

Great location just 5 min from Vatican, if you like to walk you can reach all of the other tourists places. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Flavio was always quick to reply to our questions. Great local restaurants 2 min from the property. Definitely worth it

Flavio was a wonderful host. He came to our aid numerous times after a challenging first 2 days for our family of 6. Apartment was clean, large rooms with a bathroom in each. Very comfortable with an excellent location. Great air conditioning during the extreme heat of high 30s temps. A great start to our first Italian holiday. Hopefully he will welcome us back.

Water pressure was a bit weak and because we were there on a weekend, there was some road noise during the night. Minor issue though.

Everything was excellent! Our host, Flavio, kept in constant contact to ensure everything was above expectations from landing in Rome, and throughout our stay. Very clean and secure. Air conditioning and with a balcony Washing machine in home, which was very nice. Very close to rail and bus stops. Within a short distance from Vatican City.

We were there for a full week so it was perfect instead of being in a hotel perfect for a couple Great outdoor space bedroom and bathroom brilliant kitchen was perfect for two people little small great location to the Vatican 20-minute walk over the river but on the main road outside the apartment are buses you could Google , the owner of the apartment was very nice to us we turned up a little early but it wasn't a problem the cleaning lady was very helpful as well I would definitely recommend this apartment with a big outdoor space for any couple going we had a great time.

The location is great and Flavio was extremely kind and understanding. Parking has an additional cost but is just in a side of the building. For sure we would like to come back.

Whole accommodation is worth recommending. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Really cozy room with a lot of facilities. The owner really takes care of everything! It was pleasure to stay here!

Everything was just amazing!

The location of the apartment was ideal, a 10 minute walk from the Vatican and a 1 minute walk to the closest supermarket. The rooms were exactly perfect for our family of six. They were very clean and spacious, all three rooms were en suite which was a major advantage for our big family. The host was very accessible at all times during our stay, he even let us stay over our planned departure time as our flight was cancelled until that evening. I would definitely return again. Nothing, everything was spot on

Nice apartment close to Vatican. Each room has its own bathroom, which is a plus when there are at least 6 people accomodated. There are some steps in the apartament, which is not very safe for the little children (2-3 yrs), but overall the apartament was comfortable. Flavio was very kind and willing to help us and always available to communicate with us. He booked us airport transfers and helped us rent a baby stroller.

Flavio was an exceptional helpful and supportive host! In particular for luggage disposal before and after our stay as night train travelers. The apartment was very quiet- which may be surprising near to a big road. The bed was really comfortable. Location near to St Peter (< 15 min by feet), supermarket 1 min nearby. Kitchen equipment complete even with dishwasher. Air condition worked well.

For us (just a couple) it was spacious enough, for more people it may be a little bit narrow inside. But the terrace has much space for 4 people.

The apartment has everything that we needed and even more. 3 separate bedrooms with private bathroom each, two balconies from where you can see the St.Peter basilica, living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has an A/C and tv with Netflix, which was nice after a long day exploring the city. Location is excellent - close to Vatican and a metro station but safe and calm. Lots of good cafes and restaurants. A supermarket open till 24:00 is just 2 minutes away. The owner is very kind and wis always in contact. We arrived almost at midnight and he left all the instructions and was in contact with us until we entered the apartment. He even brought us a bottle of wine as a gift the next day. We had a great time there! Thanks.

The landlord is very friendly and very positively answering all our questions about the room and the Rome trip. He helped us find adapters, informed us the informations about going to the airport, and helped me to send back my power bank. He is so kind. In addition, it is very close to the Vatican and can be visited on foot. After all, we all know that Rome’s bus system is not perfect.

The localisation was great, near the Vatican, close by bus to all the interesting places in the center and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Confortable beds, very nice terrace we used to have our breakfasts and spend the evening. Very reactive host who answered fast, and who let us stay until the evening the day of departure instead of 11, because our flight was at 20:00. The air conditioning in every room was nice too.

This apartment have absolutely everything you need. Very comfortable place in a good location. the kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily make any kind of dish you like. You sleep like a baby in a very comfortable,smelling like flowers bed…… the towels smells the same, gorgeous! If you are planning to go to Rome for at least one week or more I highly recommend this place. You are going to love the terrace at night. The owner of this place speaks very good English which gives you a trustful feeling. He explains everything very well and you can count on him any time. This particular aria of Rome is safe. You can easily enjoy your stay without worrying about your wallet. I absolutely loved it! Definitely going back next year :)

I liked everything. The location is great: close to the Vatican, within walking distance to most attractions. There are a bus stop, a large 24/7 supermarket, many restaurants and cafes near the apartment. The apartment is large and clean with a huge cozy terrace. Everything you need you will find there. The bed is very comfortable. All amenities work perfectly without any issues. The host Flavio is very nice ready to help at any time, answers calls and messages immediately.
