The property was as advertised. Questions about available household items prior to our arrival were quickly and satisfactorily answered. The accommodations for sleeping matched our family group perfectly. Our group had a most enjoyable stay.

My friends and I stayed at this house for a little reunion weekend. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location (less than 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk). Michael was very helpful during the check-in process and available for communication throughout the entire weekend. Would definitely recommend.

The owner was very easy to work with. The house is big and spacious with two separate units. The interior of the house was clean upon arrival and checkin was easy. We ran into two minor issues during our stay. The first was the outside grill was not clean and the second was an issue with the air conditioning not working on the first floor. The owner responded impressively and was able to immediately resolve the issue. The grill was cleaned quickly and the owner installed window air conditioners within an hour of the issue beginning. The location of the home is a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk on a quiet street. From the back porch on the second floor you can see the Friday night fireworks through the trees. It wasn’t a perfect view but was entertaining. The porches on the first and second floor had great rocking chairs that we used just about every night. If you book I would recommend bringing your own plates and bowls. The home had some but not nearly enough for the 11 people that we had staying. Overall this was a great place to stay and the owners were very pleasant to work with. I would stay again.

Mike was great at communicating before, during, and after our stay. The location was perfect…Just a few short blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Worked out well for our group of teenage boys.
