Very wide room filled with many stuffs : piano, antiquities, torchica, wide terrace... you name it. Most of all, every staff's super-friendliness with all-time smile, and, very very good breakfast.

It located on yhe 2nd floor of a busy taverna, so some noises from guests were inevitable.

The location was amazing as well as the lay out of our room ..

However I have to see that the things that they offer are really poor as we had to pay extra for almost everything in our room evening if we have payed for an serious amount of money for 2 days

we stayed in Kavafis Suites for one night. Very spacious apartment. It consists of living room with fireplace, couch, armchair. very cute traditional windows. All spaces were clean. Good size bed. The mattress not hard and not extremely soft. It was a surprise for us - jacuzzi on the open balcony! We stayed in the end of November so we had a chance to enjoy fireplace.

We had to wait for a hot water in jacuzzi. But it wasn’t really a problem.

Nice place to stay in to discover Rhodos. Great service and lovely rooms. Good breakfast and if you want a great place to dine as well. All together they delivered on our expectations.

They had some problems with the hot water, because of this we couldn't use the hot tub that much.

Amazing birthday celebration.All hotel and restaurant staff give a lot of attention with kind smile ! Restaurant food is delicious, rooms beautiful and clean . Everything like in the pictures. In the restaurant managers was coming every 15 min to ask if everything is okey . In the reception girls was very kind and everywhere you can feel professionalism. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The design is thought out to the smallest detail. The hostess at the reception is always ready to help and resolve any issues instantly. Our number was called Kavvadias. Large 2-room suite with a balcony. Room overlooking a busy street but no noise. Room cleaning was perfect. The hotel is located on a very busy pedestrian street full of restaurants, bars etc. Old town 10 minutes walk. The beach is 7 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast had to be ordered every evening from a menu. But the food was enough and everything was fresh and very tasty.

If I am very picky and look for cons, then the only thing I would improve is slippers) Because everything else was perfect

Koukos might be the best place in the whole Rhodes! Fairytale-like suites with jacuzzi, excellent and always fresh food, heartwarming staff as such as Gyota, Gizela, Xristina, Lydia, Konstantina, Savatis...we'll save them all in our hearts. The place is in the heart of the city and just five minutes by walking from the bluest and most trasparent sea, where we've enjoyed both swimming and snorkeling and five minutes to the enchanting old town. We've come in as tourists and got out as friends. We'll surely book for another staying at Koukos next time we come to Rhodes!

From where to start? Everything there is absolutely perfect The sync between the staff by using earring, and the food!! Wow the food is great! We also stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and it was so mush friendly and warmly hospitality! The best ever i had. I am super recommended on everything they offer! From the professional bartender and to the nice waitress or the shift manager. I felt like home. Felt like really vip. For surely if i would come back to Rhodes it will be to this place and will recommend for it!

Avoid to not avoid this restaurant and guesthouse! It’s not really guesthouse it’s super unique hotel for my opinion !!

Breakfast excellent. Also personnel is professional and seem to be well trained for their job. Rooms are spacy and functional, and very fine decoration: "5" start level.

The room description on hotel web-page says "soundproof" rooms but that was a bit misleading: Our room (Kavvadias) located on main street side above the hotel bar and was much exposed to very loud bar music all day long until early hours of the night. After the first night fortunately we were allowed to change our room to an other quiet one, and we were happy again. Just as a "warning" if loud music coming outside into your room bothers you: the hotel bar is playing music all day long from morning until late night and seems to be also a central point of local people and even band concerts, so, if you do not want to listen to that in your room, better to avoid main street side rooms. The other rooms are also high quality but more quiet.

The Kavafis suite was stunning, uniquely decorated and very spacious and comfortable - the private jacuzzi on the terrace was incredible! The hotel staff were lovely as was the hotel, and the the breakfast was very tasty and made-to-order every morning. The location was perfect too, easy to walk to the Old Town or the more modern bars and restaurants in new town, and the beach. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

It was a little noisy in the evenings - it didn't bother us as we live in central London so we're used to noise, and I always travel with earplugs, plus we were out late most of the time anyway - but if you prefer an early night it might not be the place for you.

Very comfortable stay. Unique character. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Really enjoyed hot bath after active sightseeing was giving us second breath to walk out and roam old town which is 5 minutes walk away.

The internet speed was bit slow. Apparently general problem within Rhodes city.

Feels like home...Miss Seva the reception manager is the guarantee that ur stay there is gonna be pleasant whatever happens... Plus the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL... Quality of services and decoration of the suite is beyond the standards u hace set for a five key suite...

I did not want to leave! I was treated like a Queen! The Vibe with 8-16 hours of music of all genres in the bar. Beautiful Greek people of ages stop for coffee and delicious food! They offer you Apple or chocolate pie for Breakfast! the rooms are authentic vintage antiques. I can’t wait to return!

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Very interesting, eclectic styled hotel which has been developed over the years by passionate owners. Fabulous breakfast served in the courtyard by the attentive, friendly staff. This hotel was a great find and I look forward to visiting again in the future when we are next in Rhodes. Top marks all around.

The location is perfect. The atmosphere is amazing. The personal just can’t do enough for you. We have enjoyed many evenings there, the service was fantastic, great music as well. The food as well is very good. I have stay in many places and this one is now my favourite.
