La ubicación, la atención del personal y la limpieza fueron excelentes. Viajé con mi mamá y se sintió muy comoda
La habitación 310 tiene la ducha con un chorro un poco incómodo.
La presentación de las frutas en el desayuno podría mejorar un poco.

This is probably my fifth time staying here when I come to San Andres. It's just a block from the beach. They added a new wing with new rooms. Rooms have super air conditioning and hot water in the showers, and are very well kept. Hot breakfast is served every morning and there is coffee and hot water available all day. The front desk staff are very kind as well. It's always a pleasure staying here.
I didn't find any faults during my stay, other than I had to request a blanket because the air conditioning worked so well!

I spend a night at the Hotel Caribe between flights from Providencia and onwards to Bogota. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking to the airport, so it's perfect for an early flight or just an easy lay-over. It's in the town, not on the beach (even though the beach is not far). It has lots of nice shops around, I found a great burger place, a lovely ice cream place and a big supermarket all 5 min away. The receptionist was nice, and my room had AC, a fridge, a comfy bed. It was exactly what I hoped for.
The rooms on the street side can be a bit noisy at night, especially on week-end nights, but nothing that stopped me from sleeping. The city environment is quite busy and not especially charming, but very convenient.

The staff and breakfast ladies is what did it for us. They were great. The beds were also comfy, good breakfast, 1.5 blocks from the beach. They provide potable water and coffee at all times. Good wifi. No hot water - not sure that it's necessary after tanning all day.
Doesn't have stairs. We stayed on third floor and it was a workout.

All employees are friendly and helpful. The room had s good bed and acclimatization.
Noise on weekend, in front there is a restaurant that works until late.

The staff is nice and helpful, they helped us out booking a tour.
There is no hot water and it is not specified. The bed is not very comfortable, the mattress bends and make a hole. Breakfast is not great

Perfect position for a short stop on San Andres, 10 mins walking from the airport, 2 mins walking from the beach

Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Location is closed to a supermarket and to the main beach. Also not far from the airport (within walking distance).
There were cockroaches, overall I didn't find the place clean. The fridge smelled and was rusty. Breakfast was disappointing consisting of a fake "orange" juice, oily eggs and two pieces of fruit.

it’s safe and clean, breakfast is pretty good. Free coffee and clean drinking water.
They charge a lot more than other hotels in the area, but I guess it’s worth it since my stay was safe and comfortable and convenient location.

The staff was really helpful and courteous. It was conveniently close to the beach. We walked to the areas where the tours depart from and even to the airport. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are spacious enough.

I like that this property had views of the ocean in the breakfast room. The rooms was spacious, very clean, equipped with air conditioning and fridge. The receptionists were very helpful in helping us find tours around the island.
it was a bit noisy because it’s in the center. but that’s not the hotels fault. it eas very close the beach.
