Everything was excellent, except all-night parties (till 03:30 a.m.) in nearly placed 'Base events' venue. Music was so loud that closed windows didn’t help.

Very good location for family with kids. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
The hosts - Lambros and Soula are very hospitable and polite. They kept in touch with us during all our stay any time we contacted them and helped us with our requests.
Villa is perfect for kids because it has a huge garden where children can play even football.
The kitchen in the villa is equipped perfectly. You’ll find there all necessary utensils and spices. There is also special barbecue area outside with the great barbecue.
There are 4 bedrooms in the villa with own bathroom and air conditioner each one. There’s even a bathtub in one bathroom. But the bedrooms are small.
The beach with sun beds and umbrellas is very close to villa (about 100 meters from). There is nice restaurant on the beach, where you can have breakfast, dinner or just cocktails.
For better stay you need a car to get to a supermarket and to the centre of Pafos or to the other sightseeings of Cyprus.
Villa is close to the airport so you can hear the noise of landing-off and arriving plains from time to time.
Our rest was perfect and quiet here, except one day when some stranger tried to get to villa, but he escaped. For such cases there is a security alarm in the villa.

Close to beach and Bonamare Bar nice garden and outdoor area everything worked well. Secure villa with gates and alarm system felt very safe.
The airport was not an issue planes did not fly directly over and Base Events next door just had a function on a Saturday which was not intrusive .
