Great place for the family. Well maintained, well supplied. Great hot water! Had everything we needed for a week Disney trip. Hosts were very communicative. Easy check in and check out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and so were the sheets. The main street it is off of has everything you need and is close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Normally I don’t like to give any negative feedback but I feel like this time I am compelled to. We have stayed in this exact property last year and loved our stay. This time around I was not as happy as we were the first. Let me start off saying how the communication from mark was excellent and this was not his fault unfortunately I feel like the cleaners could have done a whole lot better of a job especially with the floors. There is a no shoe rule in the home which we respected bc I do not wear shoes in my own home I would not wear them in someone else’s. With this being said the condition of how dirty the floors were was disgusting, myself and my daughters feet were black after a few minutes or walking on them, my husband wore socks bc he was disgusted. I had to go out and buy a swiffer and spend almost an hour scrubbing the floors on our first day there, this was upsetting because I feel like for the cleaning fee this shouldn’t have even been an issue. I did contact mark and he said he can send the cleaners the next day but I declined because we had a park day and I did not want to wait around the house nor did I want to give access while we were not here. Even after all the cleaning I did the floors were still filthy. Again not his fault the cleaners should have done it. As for the rest of the unit the kitchen was great did what we needed, fridge was clean, appliances work all was good on that aspect. Overall I’m sadly disappointed this time around.

It was in a safe and good community. The house had all the basic things we needed and was clean. It was easy to communicate with the host.
Only thing that I would have changed was the main bedroom mattress and pillows.

I was down to visit Disney for the first time with my daughter. We chose this location because the price was less than the Disney hotels. This place was a great location. It was close to restaurants and only 15 mins away from Disney sometimes with traffic. The unit was a 1st floor unit in a gated community. It was very clean and welcoming with decorations. Marc was quick with response when trying to figure out a few mechanics with the unit. Hopefully we will beable to stay again in the near future. Thank you.

Legacy Dunes is a very quiet resort. The resort amenities are excellent and the daily grooming of the grounds was fantastic.
The unit is not as pictured. The furniture, drapes, shower curtains have all been replaced with less quality than shown. There is no area rug, just bare floors. We stayed for a month and decided it was like camping. Just enough provided to get by.
Towels and linens are worn thin. Cooking utensils are ok but again preparing meals for our long stay was a challenge. If you just need a place to chill after a day at Disney and are only staying a week than you will love what the resort has to offer. They were putting in two new charcoal grills and two new picnic tables close to this unit the week before we were leaving. We definitely would have used these if they had been available during our stay.

We rented this condo to be close to Disney where family were staying. It was about a 20 minute drive to the parks so that was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the location is in a quiet condo complex. It was close to many restaurants and a grocery store, but the complex is off of the busy road so you do not hear the traffic. It served out needs and my communication with the owner was excellent.

This property looks just like described and appears clean, but it smells very strongly of smoke. When I told the owner he said it must be coming from outside and offered no other solution. The refrigerator also appeared clean but smelled as if it had been cleaned with a dirty rag and the tub in the bedroom with the two beds was dirty and my kids wouldn’t use it. I tried going out to buy product to clean the house and fridge myself and the smell never left. The smell was so bad we couldn’t eat there and ended up eating out most of the time. After a few days we could not take the smell anymore and ended up having to get another place for the remaining days of our stay. We let the owner know and asked if we could at least give us reimbursement for the days we were not going to be in the unit and not surprisingly he said he couldn’t and suggested I cancel the reservation so they can possibly book it to someone else and if it was booked he could reimburse me and that just didn’t sit well with me. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.

It was a great location, but having to wash the towels at the end kind of thwarts a portion of the cleaning charge. Great layout too with wonderful amenities just would have liked new towels for sanitary reasons.

Mark was a great host and prompt with his responses. I brought my 16 year old daughter and my dog Scooby. It was great for both. Scooby got to walk around the pond and enjoy the outdoors. It was a great place to stay!!

This condo was perfectly located for my families vacation to Disney. It was a short drive to the parks. Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. Figuring out how to get in the gate the first night was confusing but after we got in it was smooth sailing. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Property was nice and close to Disney World. Inside was clean and spacious just for the two of us. Only thing was the AC air filter was dirty and looked liked it had not been changed for some time.

This home was wonderful for my family and I. We traveled with our 1 year old and dog and they both had a great time. The house was very clean, and location to Disney was perfect. The community pool was like a tropical paradise. My daughter didn’t want to get out of the splash pad. It was great during this crazy florida heat to come back from the park and cool off. It was also close to target which was great for those target runs. Mark was great with communication. We actually liked the community so much my husband and I would like to purchase a vacation home here. Highly highly recommend. Also the bed was heavenly, I never got such an amazing night sleep. Thankyou for hosting us!!! We look forward to our next trip.

This home was conveniently located if you are going to the parks and attractions. Great amenities in complex! The condo itself does need some attention as it relates to maintenance and we could tell it had not been rented for awhile due to the dust and spiderwebs. Overall my family enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this complex to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and updated. It’s close to the highway and a lot of cool places (check out Sunset Walk). Mark was very communicative and easy to contact whenever I had a question. The amenities at the property are nice as well. The pool area is relaxing and has a splash pad for the little ones. I would definitely stay here again.

We just left our new home away from home. This VRBO is beautifully appointed, modern, sleek and comfortable. We can’t say enough about the property. We met many wonderful people in the neighborhood. Everything you need is moments away. Large choice of restaurants, activities and more within a very short distance of the resort. Pickle ball, beach volleyball, walking and nature trails, 2 gorgeous pools, fitness center and clubhouse.
The villa has a screened in porch which is so nice to have wine or coffee on. A big lake is adjacent to the villa and has a lovely fountain in the middle.

This place was beautiful. And easy to navigate the check in. It was clean. Well stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. The beds were absolutely too quality and slept amazing! The water pressure was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!
