房間很大，有聲控助理很有趣，早餐很豐盛，自助式晚餐也很豐盛，有很多設施，贈送許多小小禮物，停車場室內外都有，不怕沒位置。

辦理入住排隊等1個多小時，冷氣不冷，洗手台水超小，蓮蓬頭漏水，桌球桌歪斜，設施安排擁擠，容易擦撞，spa池許多故障，預約時間體驗高爾夫球卻沒記錄，但後來有請廠商加班讓我們玩，退房後要領取飯店贈送的啤酒，又排隊等半天，後來放棄，轉贈其他房客。

早餐選擇不多，但好吃，房間舒適。冷氣很冷，即使關掉還是冷。....

付費的三溫暖有點小。

晚餐的餐點，有吃到沒熟的飯，沒有很好吃，跟價錢等值差很多

早餐選擇雖然沒有很多，但適口，麵包很讚，咖啡好喝。員工態度不溫不熱，有禮貌。 下午茶花茶好喝，鬆餅有趣，小孩喜歡。小點心鳳梨酥很讚，好吃！ 落在房間的東西還特地寄回，感謝！

泳池、泡湯的清潔不優，小朋友泡湯後皮膚過敏，長尋麻疹。

we stayed here for 5 days but for the first 3 days, the breakfast were all the same. and we found a cockroach in the room…

The service was excellent. Good shuttle bus service to the train station, good and clean indoor outdoor pool facilities, hotspring bath and water jets,, 2 kids play area (one with books and toys another with ballpit/arcade games). Breakfast with a lot of choice however some days may be busier than others due to the tour operators. Good bedding and fantastic bathroom. Great baby bed and baby Bathtub/baby bath products and baby bottle sterilising machine.

It is 15mins taxi to downtown so not practical for dining out. There is nonetheless a dumplings restaurant less than 10 mins walk away that is fantastic and very cheap. The massage was a very strong massage. No facial/ skincare treatments available.

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The room smelled stuffy, smokey. The spa area is very old and filthy. Next to the spa tubs in the back there was even some kind of animal poop that looked like rat poop. The floor in the spa area was dirty. I think the hotel was fully booked when we were there and for breakfast there was a 50m line to wait til a table was available. Breakfast was good though and had a great variety, egg station, waffles DIY.

Pet sleeping area were clean and spacious.

The room we stayed at had cockroaches.
