Big and clean rooms. We booked Mountain view rooms. Nice balcony with direct view to the slopes.
Fantastic breakfast - no waiting line even Hotel was probably fully booked

The rooms are spacious with ski slope view. Location is next to Alpensia Ski Resort. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around (like a small village). There are activities for kids. Also had basement parking which is good especially when it snows. You get 30% discount on ski lift and gear rentals when staying here. Would definitely come back.
Would be better if they had a smart toilet. Restaurant had limited menu.

Just in front of the slopes. Very close to several restaurants. Very large room.

The location is perfect and convenient. Our veranda faced the slopes. The room was very large and comfortable.
There is a light in the small hall in front of the bathroom that turns on upon motion. That means that whenever someone wanted to go to the bathroom in the evening this person would wake up the others because the light would necessarily illuminate a great part of the room. I asked the reception but apparently they could not turn off the motion detection feature. The breakfast was also very pricey.

I like it is surrounded with several shops as its almost like a little town! I went for a winter walk around the resort at night and there’s a CU nearby, pretty convenient
It would be so much better if there’s more concierge men at the lobby who could’ve handed a hand to help guest’s luggages

Plenty of restaurants in the resort. Very family oriented, lots of Korean families (more than tourists) Paid shuttle from and to Seoul and Airport.
No shopping😅 The ondul rooms (floor beddings) came with heated floors but the futon was too hard for us. We had terrible two days sleep, unfortunately. Highly recommend booking rooms with beds!!!!

Excellent place to stay if skiing at Alpensia. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, access to the ski facilities and slopes unbeatable, good buffet breakfast available as well...although it is a bit pricey. The restaurant serves tasty food for lunch and dinner although the menu does not have a great deal of variety. Staff at the restaurant are always friendly and accommodating.
The fireplace in the lounge / bar area was never lit. It would have been a nice extra and added to the ambience. The bunk beds in the family room are also on the short side (1.5 m) so families booking these rooms should be aware of this if kids are tall.

Location be beat for a family ski trip.
The room, though cozy and well appointed, looked shoddily built, especially the piping system and cabinets in the bathroom.

The room was very comfy with an amazing view. Breakfast was perfect, a great range of food.
Despite having selected a double bed we were given two singles. It was also our anniversary and we told them this before arrival (which they confirmed) yet nothing was arranged. On top of this, we found it extremely difficult to get from the Yongpyong ski resort to the hotel as no taxis were available. Apparently there is a shuttle service but when we called the hotel no one knew where this went from.

環境新! 床品舒服。窗外景色不錯。

Helpful and polite staff who went out of their way in cold rainy weather to help get our luggage from the Welcome Ski Centre to Holiday Inn Resort which was some 300m away on paths thick with snow. He smartly led us through from the carpark instead.
Mont Blanc restaurant a little underwhelming on lunch menu selection. recommend the local eateries within the resort compound.

No pool on site.

The resort had all the amenities you need and had alternative activities if you did not want to ski/snowboard for an afternoon. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Great stay. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the room didnt come with breakfast and the cost per person was also very high in my opinion. Not many other convenience stores or places to have different breakfasts at each day so best to take breakfast with your room.
I think overall in was good. only the bathroom looks a little outdated and run down and more could have been in place. We took the room with the bunk bed for kids and it was nice cos the kids loved it and we enjoyed our privacy too

The views and hotel facilities was great. Situated beside the ski slope and plentiful of food restaurants around Alpensia Town. Muslim guests can visit Montblanc restaurant on the first floor of the hotel to eat the seafood menu and request for specific dietary requirements.

Property was well equipped, and staff were all helpful and friendly to my queries.
Wasn't able to get responsive replies for my queries getting to property as it was my 1st time. IHG website was not informative enough to provide directions or information of shuttle location. Endstate Went to welcome centre but actually my check in was at holiday Inn Resort.

Mr Cho Hyeon Ok was super helpful in assisting me in the purchase of the Korail and guiding us how to go around. Thank you very much.

Location and amazing view of ski slopes from our balcony. Room is big and clean and well lit. Best located hotel.
Lobby and outside hotel could be rather slippery due to snow. More mats etc could help to prevent falls.

I would like to give compliment to the female concierge who assisted us with the online purchase of bus tickets on 27 Nov 2022. She was patient and helpful.
