The pool area was good with big, comfortable beds and an amazing view of the sea. Very clean pool and friendly bar staff. Accommodation was spacious and clean. High ceilings. Gardens well maintained.

Quite a remote area and no where to walk to. Beach not particularly clean (bits of plastic everywhere) and water not clear. It was extremely quiet at the hotel in October. Little atmosphere.

Spacious bungalow, big pool, great breakfast, friendly staff, pool bar. Shuttle buses to town and free airport transfer.

staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The facilities were great and the beach was lovely.

The staff are exceptional, always a smile and very helpful. The pool is clean and large. The gym is well stocked. The location is very good, not too far from the local town but still quiet. The beach is clean with soft sand and free kayaks available.

The only complaint is there was no English channels on the TV. But we had ample WiFi to watch our iPads!

Fabulous place. We were upgraded to sea view. The room overlooked the pool and sea. Staff were unbelievably cheerful friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches for free - airport transfers, drink and fresh fruit on check in, afternoon tea and biccies, cold water available on the bar during the heat of the day, paddleboards, kayaks on the beach available for use. The pool is large and warm with the bar at one end with stools just under water. Lovely sandy beach.

The music was too loud most of the time. There was a slight hitch on arrival. We came by ferry and they arranged transport for us but the driven wasn't carrying the promised card with our name so it took ages to find him. Not the hotel's fault and they said they would talk to the driver. The sea water had lots of suspended sediments so was clean, but not clear.

Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, a really good size with good size bed. Pools are clean and family friendly and the beach is well maintained with a good amount of lounge areas.

Bit far from the centre town so takes a while to get their. But to be fair the resort has all the facilities you need.
