Really clean rooms. Friendly staff.
A lot of noise from the street and other people in the hotel. Interior looked quite old but was clean.

The level of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities was truly top-notch. Our room was well-appointed, and we couldn't get enough of the lovely balcony and its breathtaking view. It was the perfect spot to unwind after our thrilling days of adventure and nature tracking.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was the remarkable service provided by the hotel's staff. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to ensure effective communication. With great care, they used maps to show and mark available routes, guiding us in every step of our journey. Their effort in explaining the best route that aligned with our expectations made our trip remarkably pleasant and stress-free.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were phenomenal and so helpful. they really make you feel welcome and go out of their way for you. I was spoilt for choice at breakfast time and didn’t even need to eat at lunch. They had a private mini bus that drops off and collect you from the ski resort. If I was to go back skiing in Falcade then I will 100% be returning to this hotel.

I haven't stayed before in this type of hotel, and I really enjoyed its wooden balcony with flowers, and mountain view in the morning. The service was at a high level, breakfast the best one during our trip (we stayed in 7 different places), with wide selection. Usually, I don't like to eat sweets in the morning, but this tiramisu (and other hand made cakes) was perfect! Very helpful stuff - e.g. they helped us to book a dinner in restaurant in the village. A perfect place to stay during your trip in Dolomites!

Very good coffee, breakfast, extremely nice staff, possible transfer to skiing area. Calm and relaxing stay.
Dark room with small window but we expect this after we took the last room.
