My husband and I always book at Plaza Del Sol for a couple years now and when I arrive at the hotel the nice receptionist always greeted us with a smile and always knew that I booked thru booking and assigns us to the room with balcony facing the street that leads to the main boulevard. Recently, the last three bookings the receptionist is not the same and has assigned us a room that does not have the balcony. I went ahead and stated on my last booking a room with a balcony and when we arrived she said that all rooms were filled with the balcony and view and we told her if she could accommodate our request and she did but after I mentioned to her that I put that request on my booking. I think there is a different hotel management for booking requests because even when I enter this request in my booking it's not followed thru. We really like staying at this hotel and would like if the request I enter in my booking would be respected if all possible, Thanks : )

The door didn’t even work in one of our rooms. So as I had to go out to a dinner, which was the reason for my trip. All of my valuables were left in an open insecure room

This hotel is great to stay even for just one night, the receptionist is very nice and the food at the restaurant is good : )
The pillows are not too comfortable, always take my own but other than that the room is clean and great hotel : )

When I wanted to change the room on my last night the staff willing changed the room. And I had a paid for a room for the night of July 16th although didn't arrive until next day at 5:30 am. The staff was welcoming.

This hotel is totally according to the price. Cheap hotel, bad experience, wont come back.

We like eating at the restaurant for breakfast but it seems that this time the service was very, very slow from the time we were seated to taking our order, however the food was great and it was served right after we ordered.
The service at the restaurant, the waiting time from when we were seated to taking our order was not as prompt as other times we've been there (other times it was on a weekend and this time during the week, it could be not enough staff?)
