My stay at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort was an absolute delight. The sky pool was a definite highlight - offering amazing views and a unique swimming experience. Our room was extremely clean and featured tasteful styling, making it a comfortable haven for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, quickly addressing a noise complaint we had with a neighboring guest. The breakfast offerings were delicious, with a variety of options that changed over the course of the week. Overall, our experience at the resort was near perfection, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking a memorable getaway.

Although my stay at Hennan Crystal Sands Resort was a fantastic experience overall, there was one minor issue I'd like to mention. The TV setup in our room seemed a bit dated, with a fuzzy display that resembled an old-school system. It would have been nice to unwind with some high-definition content on occasion. Nonetheless, this small detail did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the resort.

The transit to and from the airport with the private boat was awesome. Well organised and not waiting around for too long. Enjoyed the gym facilities coz it had a good variety of equipments that other 5 star hotels don't offer. The rooftop pool was nice and spacious with enough spots to sit. Pool wasn't deep at all. Good staff working at the pool bar. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Good variety of breakfast menu each day. Shower spacious. Enjoyed the fact it's so close to the mall, restaurants and beach front.

I would like to see more different variety of breakfast dishes, a la cart menu during the day and at night. The singing during dinner is too loud. Should consider jazz music instead. The singing although nice but turned me off from eating at the restaurant coz can't enjoy my food and conversation with the people I was with.

I booked 4 guest rooms and on the final day, 2 out of four rooms found cockroaches in their bathrooms. It was already the day of our checkout so it was not reported. The hotel also doesn't allow outside food which is strange because it is surrounded by food establishments. In comparison, you'd get a room with a tub in Henann Palm for the same price.

Room was thoroughly cleaned, beds were extremely comfortable, and overall ambiance was great. I really loved the interior of the room. The sky pool was also great!

This is not a fault from the hotel, but the volume of hotel guests during breakfast is overwhelming. The hotel has a sign informing you of the peak hours in the buffet area so you know what to expect. Just wish we get to experience a more quiet breakfast experience regardless of the time.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the beach and to all popular restaurants. Breakfast is very good with many choices of delicious foods. The rooms are super clean with complete amenities and super comfy beds.

On our first breakfast,One restaurant staff showed her rudeness when we explained the number of rooms we booked and the number of guests in each room...and to sum up we told her the total number of people that were going to dine in for breakfast.. and some member of our family will come a bit late and still in their room.But still she kept asking how many of them and showed her annoyance and insisted the hotel policy. We said to her.Yes we know the policy but it's her ATTITUDE needs to be improve. We suggests she needs to be trained in Hotel guests handling.Other than that we love the hotel and the restaurant. Special thank you to Ronald one of the restaurant staff who assisted us very well is highly commendable.

Very good location, nice restaurant for breakfast and entertaining dinner. All staff over the top, friendly and accommodating all requests.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the facility was clean despite being on the beach and the ease of tracking sand inside
