We loved the relaxed atmosphere, everything was exceptional - the food, staff, and rooms exceeded our expectations.

The ultimate honeymoon. Absolutely peaceful. The perfect place to rejuvenate, unwind and be spoilt

Unfortunately the only negative was the greeting card in our room upon arrival. It was addressed to a different couple than us and for a different occasion. The staff were apologetic when it was brought to their attention.

The staff are world class.

It is a bit isolated with not many activities close by. Not a big deal if you’re only staying for 1 or 2 nights.

The accomodation is designed and the interiors are amazing. The staff were lovely, and very accomodating, nothing was too difficult for them. The spa was amazing, relaxing and a must do.

The bed!! The hardest bed I have slept on, if you are a side sleeper this might be an issue. I actually ended up on the couch on the last night. My husband and I didn’t return home rested because of our sleep on the bed. I also didn’t like how we were not given a choice for lunch and dinner. I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and was a bit supposed. I understand it is all inclusive and the remote location might impact variety, the lack of any choice was interesting. While they do ask you for dietary restrictions, you don’t list you complete dislike for food. I am pregnant so there are so many foods that are not recommended. On one night I was given swordfish and as I was pregnant I didn’t want to consume it due to the high mercury level, so I didn’t eat much that night . On our final night desert was made with a raw egg, so I didn’t get to enjoy it.

Food was excellent ; pity there was no choice - Great 24 hours of chill out time .

Lack of guest dress standards policed by the staff - Example - 2 male guests at our stay arrived at dinner arrived in collar-less T-Shirt , thongs and shorts ( typical of some one in McDonalds Fast Food after a day at the beach ) -- Would have been asked to return to their room and dress appropriately in any other 5 Star establishment in the US or Asia ..... A word of advice ; don't let Trust Fund Brats set your standards !!
