The owners and staff were very helpful and kind, if you have any problems they are happy to help. When I arrived the owner up graded my room to a larger room at no extra cost. The location is very good about 5 mins to the main area and beach.

This is our (i lost count how many times) we stay here. From small motel, to a bigger motel. We are glad the motel expanded their rooms and able to accommodate our now big family. Price is very suitable for us since we have a big family. Always love the location of the motel. THE STAFFS, oh my God, very nice and friendly, will cater our needs and even prepare for our stay. They will expect you with a warm welcome, trust me. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is also big. We would love to stay here again every time we come to Penang ! Thank you

We hope the hotel can install some headboards for the bed cause my kids and even us parents always accidentally hit our heads to the wall. Unlucky for us. But maybe if its not too much to ask, it can prevent from head banging the wall 😅 thankss

The room is big, clean and comfortable. Good value for money. The location is very strategic, close to the beach, night market, restaurant and food court. The staff and owner was amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting batu ferringin, penang.
