Perfect location, great neighbours, comfortable and easy to maintain.

There’s a spiritual presence that is not good, may have to get an indigenous elder to bless the land and house.

Where do i start? You absolutely cannot fault this property. 15/10 We had such a wonderful time staying at this property with our whole family and their fur babies too. I just want to thank the property owners for making the check in and out process so easy for us and allowing us to stay in your beautiful house to create wonderful memories during the festive season. The location was perfect! we were only a very short walk to the town beach where we spent a few mornings and afternoons swimming and enjoying that wonderful ocean. The shopping complex was only a drive down the road where we also enjoyed the delights of the Exmouth bakery (you have to try the Chicken Avo toastie!! yummmm to die for) What i also loved about this property is the amount of rooms it has, this is what allowed us to be able to invite our family all the way from Mandurah to come up so we could celebrate Christmas together. I would 100% recommend this house to all my family and friends. It was super clean and spacious and includes a lot of extras that made the trip so much better including a big bbq, a wonderful fire pit in the back ( a shame we couldn't use it as it is the middle of summer lol) and an outdoor shower :) As this was our son's first trip to the beach and swim in the ocean, it just made it that much sweeter to be able to share these special moments with our family ,we will definitely look at staying here again with the family for another event and hope that it will turn into a yearly tradition.

The only minor suggestion that i want to make is maybe just looking at upgrading some of the kitchen utensils in the house. we just found it was quite limited things like wooden spoons, smaller to medium size saucepans and pans, electric beater etc. would have come in handy as we cooked a lot of our own meals during our stay and barely went out to the restaurants to eat.
