the staff was very nice and really helpful. The hotel area was clean, well equipped and fully available. they always willingly gave advice, provided transport to and from the airport, as well as transport to other cities.
we had a stroller with us and there were a few stairs that we had to carry it over, but nothing

Overall nice impression. Great staff, close to the beach and supermarkets.
The kitchen needs improvements, stove is very old, not enough kitchenware and space to cook something properly.

Lovely hosts, very attentive and helpful, they made our stay very pleasant, the hotel is very different from the huge, impersonal resorts from the centre of sunny beach, ideal for a quiet experience.

This hotel was a very nice place to spend our holiday. Kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Rooms are daily cleaned and the staff is very ok:

We visit the hotel for the second time and again we had a great vacation - a favorite place. There is a large hot tub from this year, in addition to the outdoor pool. We are there again next year. Thanks to the owners, you are great.

Ooo, we liked everything. Do this period with covid 19, they were very carefull, and they told us to tell them when we want the rooms to be cleaned and the laudry changed. I saw them every morning cleanning the playground, the tables, the chairs with dezinfectants. The host were simply amazing, they were pleasant people, they kept their smile all day long, they were very carefull with all the guests. I just loved being there. 😍🤗
It is not that we didn't like it, but we thought that the kichen will be bigger, but it is perfect for preparing the breakfast, and little snacks, not for cooking. The refrigerate it is also small. If you don't cook it is perfect to keep drinks and some stuff for breakfast.
