Great staffs. Great hotel location - Few minutes' walk to Dubai Marina Mall. Supermarket across the street from the hotel entrance. Plenty of eateries all around the hotel so PLENTY of choices. Always taxi waiting in front of the hotel so no problems getting one. Beach is nearby where you have hundreds more food choices and adventures. There are restoration works going in the hotel and you may hears knocking and drilling noises however, I was hardly in the room during the daytimes, so it didn't bother me much. I was told these restoration works will take several months. Decent basement parking lots although I did say not for sports cars with low clearance. Gym is small and basic.

A good sized apartment with a fabulous view! There is a huge supermarket just over the road which has everything you need - apart from alcohol.

It has seen better days and needs modernising. The bathroom is very small and the kitchen stove top is very old. But the view is to die for so who cares!

Old hotel with old furniture. Poor. Impossible to get taxi there as road was always blocked. 1.5 to 2km to walk ro rhe beach lits of walking fir everything!!! . Sauna and steam bath were not working VERY DISAPPOINTING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. Long queues at breakfast! Really a bad experience

This hotel was the best for me to relax. The behavior of the staff of this hotel is very good. If you have any problem, just share it with them and they will give you the best solution.

The receptionist looked confused & couldn’t find my booking leading in delay in check in and airports shuttle driving around looking for another Jannah Marina

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. walking out the hotel. people can walk in the bay and there are many restaurants. And very nice sightseeing. there is one supermarket on the same street for people to buy the food easily. the restaurant is cooperation with one good restaurant in basement.

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. But hotel was getting old after Covid-19. And less maintance, less staff. and less items in the kitchen. even there is no mop, no cleaning liquid for us to use it in the kitchen. Hotel should support more items for customers, becuase customer can't buy sponge and cleaning liquid for each stay.

There was very burning or cigarette smell in the room - the carpet was burnt out, maybe that was it. Renovation would be necessary in the room.

Been charged extra during check-out. Stay been fully prepaid, amount confirmed on check-in but out of nothing hotel "computer system" increased total amount.

The staff were amazing - they were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great, there was a large selection of hot and cold options. Tea was always piping hot too, and readily available. The chef also took extra requests for porridge, different egg types etc. The room was comfortable, very equipped kitchen for cooking. Bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel was perfect if you didn’t plan on spending much time in it, which was exactly what we had planned. It was perfectly located for moving around - close to the Metro to Dubai Mall etc, close to the beach as well.

The bathroom is very outdated (surely shower curtains are extinct?), the water was tepid at best and went from weak to powerful throughout the shower. The hotel is located right beside a mosque, which means call to prayer is heard very clearly (starting at 4.51am). Even with ear plugs it was difficult to sleep through!

The room is spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Every day the towels are changed and the room cleaned. The reception is opened 24/24 and if you have questions all the time someone is available to help you. They have a restaurant as well and the food is exceptional. Our stay in this hotel was perfect.

kitchenette, very suitable for short-term holiday customers, for long-term people, it can be a bit limiting

The sauna was not working, and the steam room needed to be switched on by the pool lifeguard on request, which he was always happy to do, yet it isn't very convenient
