Location is good.
Kitchen appliances are good & it is well-equipped.
TV system was good.
Beds were uncomfortable. No way of linking the twins to make a double.
Limited storage.
No complimentary toiletries.
Very baby unfriendly, lots of objects d’aet standing on floor, pan rack a nightmare with a toddler. Clip on bed lamps got very hot and were dangerous.
Someone had been smoking in one of the bedrooms and it smelled so strongly the children couldn’t sleep in there.
Towels were thin and hard.
Dining room chairs were fully upholstered in velvet cloth, totally unsuitable for children.
The octagonal table on the balcony was the wrong shape to accommodate 6 people, because the balcony was not wide enough to allow people to get past the table.

There should be one person to take to property at time of check in and explain facilities. At least changing towels on alternative days. Rest is very good property.
