We stayed here with 2 families with small kids. Apartment is big, clean and had everything we needed. Terrace is amazing and huge. Very close to the beach. I would like to come back.

We really liked te space and the outdoor seating. Also a good equipped kitchen made it perfect for us. Close to the beach but too bad the beach is closed after 19.00…

Only thing missing is maybe some wineglasses ;)

Great location, it’s about a 4 minute walk to the beach and road for restaurants, supermarket, shops. There’s also a very nice little fruit shop less than a minute from the house where we bought fruit for our daughter every morning. The space is large and comfortable and very family-friendly. 2 air conditioner units (one in the living room and one in the hall) easily cool the bedrooms as well if doors are left slightly open.

Be aware that the beds are NOT standard American “king size” even though that’s what the hosts call them…they are the larger sized Italian beds but might equate to a queen (or somewhere between a queen and full sized) in the US. Ideally, we would have liked to have 2-3 umbrellas and 4-5 sun beds included with the reservation since it is a 3 bedroom apartment for more than 2 guests. The one umbrella that is included is not enough for the entire apartment so you will end up having to purchase an additional one. We ended up paying to add an additional umbrella and 2 sun beds at the beach (about 150€ for a back row for 5 days) but I would have probably preferred another, less closely packed beach if I need to pay. Ultimately, not a big con!

The apartment has a good placement on the first floor of a new house in something like 300 meters to the beach. It's huge! With 3 bedrooms and two big terraces. The far corner of one terrace has a sea view, BTW :) Terraces are beautiful with everything you need there - big tables and a lot of chairs, a lot of free space and a good fence protection from falling out. The rooms are clean and nice, two bathrooms is a great advantage for such travelers as we are (4 adults and one 2 y.o. child), so from that perspective the apartments are awesome! The householder met us personally and let us check in one hour earlier, which we are very thankful for! This is an excellent service!

There were no welcoming in the apartments at all. I mean absolutely. There even were no such simple things as sugar or matches. There were two lighters, one is broken and one with such a small flame that I've almost burnt my hand trying to light the oven. So instead of having a rest after a long way from Rome (1:10 by train and 0:30 by bus with a small children) we had to roam around the city during a siesta time, trying to find sugar, tea and matches. Not good at all. Be aware that in the apartment there is no microwave, so you will have to cook or use oven each time you want to eat something warm.

The location of this property is perfect. It is only steps to beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony off the kitchen always had a beautiful breeze and was extremely comfortable.

The main living area and hallway is where the a/c units are located. Therefore, the bedrooms did not get very cool. We had to keep the bedroom doors open at night to feel some cool air.
