Relatively good location. Advertised as Convent Garden but actually in Soho. Friendly staff and provided with good facilities.

Provided with the wrong address for the apartment, apartment photos are misleading, strange smell throughout apartment, very noisy in the nighttime, entrance hallway was disgusting - dark and dingy, damp on the walls, nasty smell.

Location is incredible. Walking distance to all of the Covent Garden attractions. The staff were amazing. Really helpful in advance of our stay and while we were there. They even helped us ‘rescue’ our son’s monkey teddy when he left it behind.

Noisy at night time and the shared areas are a little shabby.

It was fairly easy to locate the property with the good clear instructions.

All the blinds were broken so I couldn’t open any, the light in the bedroom kept flickering, the cleanliness of all areas of the apartment wasn’t that great so I bought my own cleaning products to make it better, for example there were hairs everywhere, the bed sheets were unclean, the bathroom had grime everywhere, the kitchen was all sticky and the smell as I entered the apartment smelt of weed. The oven didn’t work so I couldn’t cook, and the light switch in the kitchen kept falling off.
