Location is great.
Nice breakfast for the price and very helpful staff even before the arrival.
Inside rooms are too hot, but staff was super nice changing our room the second day of out stay.

I dont know how this lil gem of a hotel is only rated 1star!! The room was clean and fresh, and the bathroom was too! Even though we were only here for 2 nights, I would definitely stay for a week here, the younger guy at reception was like our own tour guide he gave us maps circled off what he recommended for our first day and also recommended our second day tours, you have everything on your doorstep and the port and beach are not fat away either,
I had an amazing stay and will be bringing my teenage son here with me in the summer
There wasn't anything not to like I couldn't comment on the breakfast because we had a great suggestion for a place to eat near by

Location is great for Christmas market visit. Breakfast is really good and complete. Beautiful facilities.
The Room was too warm. The shower towels had a strange smell.

the hotel truly deserves more than 1 star (I’ve been in 3 star hotels that were way worse!)
everything was very clean, the staff was amazing and the location was great. the 5€ breakfast was also great with bread, fruits, coffee, juices, etc
would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late when there was no staff in the hotel but they had already contacted us and explained in detail how to reach the room, which we valued a lot. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
We only missed having one more socket in the room, but otherwise all was fine.

Superb location, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast for 5€. The train that brought me to Vigo was late, and the manager, Carmen, was so nice to wait for me as the reception desk was already closed at that time on a Saturday night. Overall experience was great!
