員工有會中文的，解決語言不通的可能，然後員工態度很親切且熱心，不但幫我們處理掉損壞的行李箱，還提供附近有販賣行李箱的店家的位置 一樓有免費按摩椅、飲料機台、櫃檯承租捲髮器等等，以及宵夜時段的拉麵一碗份量雖不多，但嘴饞時來上一碗還是不錯的，而且時間內若想續碗可以~ 吹風機風量很大~~頭髮很快就乾 覺得是值得回訪的~

若洗衣機、烘衣機可以再多幾台會更好 因為數量不多，人多時常會等很久 然後感覺烘衣機溫度比較低，有烘到快一小時才真的乾

Very clean room, good facilities, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free ramen, coctails and ice cream in the evenings as well as plentiful breakfast were a great addition. Hotel is very close to two metro stations, convenience stores, eateries. Location is quiet and calm, however just around the corner there's a vibrant district with an easily walkable distance to Dotombori.

Waiting time for the elevators from the top floors may be rather long.

Great location, Hotel was nice to provide free drinks and ramen at certain timings.

Room was much smaller than expected, did not have much space to walk after fitting 2 luggages in. Toilet was very small and cramped as well. Cafe was pretty chaotic with the free ramen.

So many complimentary offerings, such free drinks including alcohol ice cream and ramen during designated times. All free! Complimentary massage chairs in the lobby and free laundry soap at the coin laundry facilities! So many great amenities!!

Room is on the smaller side

Great location. Close to trains to visit the Umeda Sky Building and Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel. Ice cream, cake and cocktails at 3pm. Massage chairs in the lobby. Surrounded by vintage stores and a few block from Dotonbori, which is a great place to hang out at night with neon lights, street food and great restaurants.

Hotel location is perfect with walk distance to Odotombori if that's your plan in Osaka. Area seems rough but it's not, very safe and you can walk everywhere. Hotel offers free drink for guests which are a nice added values and also does activities divided by days plus there's a cheap ramen dinner everyday. Breakfast has tons of options, including gluten-free vegan cake bus sadly no milk alternatives yet. Room is small but clean, tidy and has everything you need

It was just not my kind of hotel. Rooms uncomfortably small. Bathroom the size of a postage stamp.

Great location. Clean and well maintained. Great free drinks, ice cream and ramen. Pocket wifi, portable battery and umbrellas available to be borrowed. Excellent coffee shop next door.

The beds were smaller than anticipated so did not really suit our family of 2 adults and 2 children - was a bit cosy but we managed.

The location is amazing! So convenient!

1. There was a weird high pitched humming noise that came from near the window that made it hard to sleep at night. I had to get earplugs the next day. 2. The decor is dated, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just an FYI and the bathroom is quite cramped.

- I didn't expect much from hotel but was greatly surprised overall. We chose this hotel due to its location and anything extra was good, they even welcomed us with happy honeymoon :) - free drinks, ramen and coffee is a great deal that gives you more flexibility in choice, especially in the mornings - the room was small but very comfy, with nice led lights that changes the vibe

- the hotel gives LOTS of free stuff and that is NOT always good, especially with iron. They typically DO NOT control iron usage, whoever takes first is a winner since they do not ask to return to reception, people just keep them until check-out which causes deficit for other hundreds of people to use iron and this is just example of iron - the stuff was not helpful in the situation of iron, it felt they lack some level of professionalism, everything was slow in comparison with other hotel's stuff/service -not much couple friendly, more for families with kids and young people who want to save some money
