location was great & the rooms were big.

only problem was the fact that a fuse kept blowing -even when no eke trivial appliances were being used. However, Maximo responded immediately & told us how to get the power back on.

The apartment is so spacious and comfortable, two bathrooms which was great and three bedrooms and additional very comfy pull out in a private area. It's in a great location, close to everything yet in a quieter street away from the nighttime noise.

Shower did not drain properly. Some of the kitchen equipment should be replaced as it is dirty. There were limited supplies (toilet paper, towels, no coffee)

The location is amazing. There is a nice restaurant right outside. The apartment is rather large and spacious.

The owner called me in the middle of the first night, to make sure we aren't making noise, because the neighbours complained. We weren't making any noise, we certainly were not louder than the restaurant downstairs. The location was not very clean, rust and black mold were present in the bathrooms. One of the sheets on the bed had a large yellow stain.

The location is the best.Trastavere is a love because you can find everything there.Good restaurant, lovely people.Italian are the best.Massimo was a friend for us and he explain everything in the day of check in.He find us a good driver for airport arrive and departure.Apartamnet was excellent for 6 person .Massimo the best.I rate the service of guest with 10 🏅🏅

2 adults 2 children - loads of space. Location great. Easy to get to everything - maximum 30mins walk to Colosseum. Apartment authentically Italian, only holiday let in the block. On 2nd floor - stairs or tiny lift. Beautiful views from windows. Fascinating to see high school at work across the street. Lovely restaurant downstairs - hot chocolate cake particularly good. We didn't use the air conditioning, but heating worked well. Beds comfy. Fresh towels available - linen man visited Tuesday and Friday mornings with more clean towels - no security issues. He pops in and out and cupboard for linen is next to front door.

Even when boiler on, hot water didn't start until after 9am - so if you want to shower earlier, ask Massimo to change the times on the boiler. You can't seem to have hot water without heating on as well.

location was good. spacious apartment. WiFi worked well. owner was very helpful. the 2 back bedrooms very nice. Heating worked well and washing machine in the apartment.

It was a little noisy from the restaurant below until around midnight ( worth a trip though as food was good there !). No soap in bathroom, minimal toilet paper.

Cleanliness could have been better

The apartment location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see by walking or public transportation. The size and comfort of the apartment was great, big rooms, two bathrooms, lots of amenities. It is a really good place for families or large groups, three bedrooms with queen beds plus a pull out sofa in private area. We would definitely return.

Maybe just a couple of kitchen items could be improved. We enjoyed staying in for breakfast and would like a toaster as there is not an oven to toast or heat food. Also a couple wine glasses and working corkscrew. Other than that everything is provided.

The location was good and within easy walking distance to the good restaurants and cafes. WIFI worked well throughout the apartment except for the kitchen.

The listing says it offers free parking, which it does not. You have to try to find a free parking space on the street which are far and few. One of the bathrooms does not have enough water pressure so the hot water boiler does not work in that bathroom, therefore cold showers. The bathrooms and kitchen need a thorough cleaning. The fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen are old and some are broken or falling apart.

Location was fantastic. very near to all the sights of the city, and lovely restaurants around it. Massimo was very helpful and friendly.

The shower was a little fragile, could do with an upgrade. The connection to the wall was very flimsy.

Nice, large, perfect location air Bnb! Super comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, great views. Nice host and gave us two sets of keys. Great neighborhood close to restaurants and sites. Safe spot above a crowded restaurant. we found parking close - it was about €28 for two nights. you could easily fit 8 adults as there is a pull out couch with curtain too. We were happy with our choice minus a few things like one of the showers not working.

The larger bathroom shower had zero hot water causing my sister and niece to go without showers the first morning or miss their tour. The other bathroom was ok but the sink is very close to the wall which makes it difficult to blow dry your hair or your hitting elbows on the wall. There were only sheets on the bed and the blankets in the closet looked dirty so luckily we had one in our car. We weren’t supplied with any Kleenex, paper towels or kitchen towels or napkins so that would have been helpful. The living room AC leaked all over the floor the first night we were out (3 hours)so we had to clean up that mess and not use it the rest of our stay. The rest of the AC’s worked well. We only found one tv controller for 4 TVs. Elevator only fits one person and it’s up two circular staircases to the second floor which made it hard with my 15 year old dogs stroller

Good location in Trastevere

- dirty on arrival. One toilet had not been cleaned and was filthy (everywhere. It was disgusting and we had to clean ourselves). Kitchen was unclean with dirty dishes still out - most things were broken / not complete. Toilet and shower in second bathroom were blocked. Table was broken. Air con not working in most of house. No bin in kitchen. No towel racks or hangers - parking was not free as indicated. There is one spot free parking and it is permanently occupied. The rest of the on street parking is paid (approx 20 euro a day). This is fine but the ad is misleading - the power went out while we stayed there and the property manager’s response was very slow and we had some time without electricity - constant building works in apartment complex. Not a problem but not quiet

Location is good

Air conditioning (a key selling point) was not working for the majority of the house. Several rooms were unusable. We asked if it could be fixed and were told a flat no. The house was dirty when we arrived. One bathroom was filthy (the toilet had not been cleaned and was disgusting - we had to clean it ourselves 🤢). The kitchen had dirty dishes throughout. The other bathroom was not usable due to the stench and flooding of the shower. It is not very practical either. No bin in the kitchen or towel hangers. Lots of basic things missing. For the money a hotel room is better value especially as the space was not usable due to no air conditioning.

Everything was perfect. Pascuala was really helpful and nice. Massimo helped us arrange a transfer to the airport on our way home. Really conveninet. The apartment itself is awesome. I can say only good things about this place. Definitely will stay there next time when we go to Rome. and of course FORZA ROMA :)
