The hotel apartment reception is now at the front entrance of the building so it is easy to get your key. The entrance to the building has more security so that is nice as it is a huge building. Room had comfy bed and a washing machine that I could wash my clothes.

The quality of the room has deteriorated since I last used this hotel. The paint was peeling from the ceiling. Basically the decor needed much much renovation. This building is a multi use building for hotel and offices and apartments so there are many agencies who use it. YoLeLe management should have someone on staff who checks the maintenance of the rooms to fix things when they get worn down. The smoke detector had a huge piece of tissue stuffed into it stop it from detecting smoke. There are many hotel agencies for this building so you can choose which one has the best rooms.

All the employees sepak english properly, in every shift, they are really professional and help you anything you need and ask always, excellent job.

The chair on the apartment was broken in one side, you need long time to take the lifts and the employees from the front of the building the security guys (not Yo Le Le) everytime they saw me ask for a health code because I am foreigner, sometime I go to buy water next to the building 2 minutes later they ask me for the health code, the chinese people just go along without show nothing.

It was 2 steps away from the metro station, big specious room has absolutely everything that people need. Wash machine, pans, plates, everything to stay there for a long term and feel like home. Also the furniture and decorations was very good.

Language barrier. I assumed my room was ready but I wasn't aware the check in time after 12:00PM.

The place was dirty. Full of Rouches.the room doesn’t look like the ones online.they also don’t give u the room you choose.
