It was not at all worth the money
The rooms were not clean, the room has 3 plugs only and in that as well the 2 plugs were not working, no wifi, no hot water after 10 or 11am, the room was infected with bugs and cockroaches, the bathroom door has no lock, the bathroom didn't have any hangers to put clothes, the bed was not clean, the AC was not all working properly, we asked to change our room but they always changed the topic and didn't change the room, for 4 days we had to stay in the same room without any proper facility, the room had no proper ambience was feeling like waste of money

Only thing i liked was it was Near prakash nagar metro station
1.We booked an AC room before 4 days but when i reached the hotel, the staff said the AC rooms are full.
2.Then they arranged a non AC room with same rate.. atleat there is a money difference between AC and Non AC right?
3. Tv was not working on that room. I complainted but they said there is no working TV in this hotel.
4. The door was partially broken..
5. Room was not cleaned by them.. even toilet were dirty as i did see urin stains on toilet seat, bedsheets were ugly, even dustbin contains food leftovers and condoms.
6.mosquitoes bites was irritating at night because of the broken window.
7. Bad staff.. they always had a face like take it or leave it.

Location was good, staff was also fine.
It really was NOT clean. Cockroaches, bugs, mold, bad smell etc. Also no Wifi in the rooms. I don't need much and I don't expect much for a cheap price, but I struggled with this one.
Would not do it again.

Not providing drinking water, towel , soap. Not cleaning room regularly..
Rats with family sharing room with us.
Staff is so arrogant... Means telling them to do anything and they scolding on us.

Even the property too bad to live, the beds are not good and they are not providing any facilities, even they charge for water bottle also, the bedsheets also to worst. So i don't like this hotel.

Everything. Ac was automatically tripping. Tv remote was not there. Room is too old that the paint started to peel off. No heater but boiling hot water even in faucet and wash basin. No lock to toilet. Bed is too old the springs are saggy. Bedsheets are stained and smelly. No towel and toiletries provided. Room lock is sometimes not working. Lift is out of order. And no room service. Worst experience of all time. Evey item i complained to reception. But no use.

After booking the room with the option of paying at the check-in desk, I have received an email from the hotel informing that I have to pay beforehand in order to reserve my booking! I obliged and I have made an online transaction.
I informed the hotel that I'll be doing the late check-in (around 01:00) and they confirmed that they are fine with it. The room which they provided is pathetic! It is stinking and the cockroaches are crawling on the walls. The bedsheets looked unwashed. I went back to my car and slept in the car the whole night.
I am still wondering that how come this property is even listed on Booking.com???

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. While I did not get there in time to eat at restaurant, have heard amazing reviews on the restaurant.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Wish we weren’t just passing through!
