Marsie and Tim are super hosts. They provided everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. Beautiful and peaceful location. Property was spotless,tastefully styled and wonderfully presented. Hot tub was fantastic, perfect touch for a relaxing holiday. Both Marsie and Tim was welcoming and so thoughtful. So many little touches and thoughtful gifts made our holiday special. Definitely we will return and it is home away from home. Would love to score 11/10.

a bit difficult for laundry, if can add a washing machine close to the house that would be awesome

EVERYTHING! The photos show exactly what you will get. Breakfast was lovely, the beds are super comfy, hot tub was perfect. The hosts were incredible and provided everything we needed. Marsie and Tim did our laundry for us and provided us with a baking tin on request. Marsie was kind enough to pick us up from town as we didn't realise the taxi services were no longer running. I would 100% stay here again!

The house was immaculate on arrival, and filled with delicious food. Marsie and Tim were a delight to deal with. The spa was a fantastic touch and made for a great way to relax after the slopes. The house itself, essentially brand new, was extremely functional four our group.

Lothlorein is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, as it is cleverly designed to take us to an enchanting experience. We were in a magical world for 2 days!. The spotlessly cleaned house, the relaxing spa, the spacious attic bedroom, the kids bedroom and the idyllic vicinity contributed to the fantastic Lothlorein experience!. The hosts Tim and Marcie go an extra mile as hosts with their extra treats, hospitality and care.

the property was quiet and exactly what we needed after camping in bright. the hot tub was a highlight and perfect way to start and end the day. so many little touches made it very special. host were especially generous and made us feel very welcome. everything was perfect, plentiful and beautiful linen, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas. amazing experience

What a magical place! Perfectly named. A goregous house surrounded by wonderful gardens and the fabulous mount beauty! Spa was great and the drive up to Bogong village was unbelievably beautiful.

Marsie and Tim were fantastic hosts and made our trip amazing. The property was extremely clean and we really had everything we could have asked for and more. Definitely perfect for anyone looking for a weekend getaway or a place to stay while going for the snow of cycling in the region.

Tried hard thinking of something we didn't like but really can't think of anything. Fresh pastries in the morning for the breakfast maybe, even though we had more than enough food in the morning! It's really to have something to say, if we could give 11 stars we would.

Everything about our stay, the veiw, location, comfort and kept spotlessly clean. A great place to relax in the heart of the Alpine region.

Staying at Lothlorien was an unforgettable experience, the property is perfect for a relaxing holiday. I siezed the opportunity to propose during my stay at Mt Beauty, Marsie and Tim went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable one. Marsie was happy to present a bottle of champagne on the kitchen table alongside a trail of rose petals leading to the bedroom.

Beautiful location, stunning property with everything you could need for a relaxing stay with family and friends. Definitely a destination on our return visit list!

Very welcoming hosts. They took care of small and big things and made us feel welcome all the time. Croissants and wine were a bonus.

The property is built across three levels and that can be an issue with toddlers. Also, there is a combination of white and warm white lights in the property. That gives a mixed vibe. I prefer warm white for a nice cosy feel.

Everything about this place was spot on! Our hosts Marsie and Tim were so lovely - they went above and beyond for us. The whole family had an amazing time, the place was so clean and modern with excellent facilities. We really loved the spa and the freshly delivered pastries each day was just delightful. I would highly recommend a stay here to explore the area.
