It was very clean. Loved being so close to the ocean. Guards at the guard shack were very helpful.

location was great, clean, convenient, close to the beach and shopping.

the property itself is nice, loud music every night was very disappointing, lack of an operational elevator closer to the room was very bad. the photos of 311 were very deceiving, a lot smaller than the photos.

Great view from the third floor directly out over the beach and the ocean. Balcony with sun most of the day. The apartment is small but comfortable, both bed and sofa bed good and kitchen fully stocked. Eating area tiny and not facing the ocean view so we used the balcony. Great location right opposite Coligny Plaza with lots of restaurants, shops and great grocery store. Only minuses were spotty WiFi, unnecessarily complicated TV set-up which annoyed us no end and lack of storage in bedroom since there were lots of pillows and blankets taking up some of the space. Same for bathroom but great shower and washer/dryer. We would definitely go back. Lovely area as well, just miss recycling!!

The ONLY thing I saw wrong was mold on the air vent in the bedroom. Thats the only critique I have

The bed was the worst that we have ever slept on. It needs replaced.

Unit was comfortable.

The biggest thing was having to climb 3 flights. Also, dryer needs to be replaced. Old and rusty. Controls too high for a short person to reach.
