The water flow force on tap was very low even for the focest. We requested to fix but no action was taken.

Best place I stayed in Sri Lanka! The hotel is right on beach. Rooms are super clean , new and spacious.The service is extremely nice. Staff is super helpful. And restaurant is great too , food is finger licking good ! Hosts are fantastic , very friendly and helpful managment . Great value for your money .would love to come back one day :)

Location is a bit far from the busy places but quite nice if you prefer to sleep well at night and see no bargainers at the beach. Pool is nice for kids and adults as well. Staff is trying to help you with all your needs. Perfect pool for parents having grown up kids as you can watch them from the balcony. I didn't like much the food at the restaurant but my husband was more than happy with a seafood and soups there, prices are really reasonable at the restaurant as a plus. The ocean is amazing but swimming here is at your risk because of the waves.

Breakfast was poor. Doesn't mean you'll stay hungry but if you want more than toasts with jam&butter with a small variety of fruits + eggs you will be disappointed. We didn't have a fridge in our room though it was mentioned among Amenities on Booking.Com. Actually we stayed there for a few nights so didn't try to solve this problem. WiFi signal is very poor. We stayed in a Room 102 and it was worth using only when you are sitting at the balcony but not in the room. No shampoo or shower gel/cap, only toilet paper and a small piece of soap (though it was really good). Air conditioner is pretty noisy and is not cooling well.

Quiet location,but not too far from Hikaduwa centre,fabulous beach,friendly helpful staff.The rooms were spacious and modern.Lovely pòol.Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful hotel at river side. Friendly and helpful owner, speaks perfect English, offered us to make custom dinner from fresh seafood, and it was the best dinner of my two weeks in Sri Lanka. Also there are very quiet place, but still just 15 minutes walk to largest beach.

AC in the room was very old, noisy and didnt hold temperature correct.

The room was spacious and clean, with a huge balcony. Please notevthatvthe balcony os not really private as there is no division between the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the beach and has few sunbeds.

We saw a cockroach twice - one in our bathroom and another one on the stairs. No variety for breakfast - every day they serve the same thing (eggs, toast, fruits, butter, jam, tea, coffee). They offered us a taxi from the aiprport which was twice more expensive than other taxi companies offer. We paid $70 for a ride from the airport to the hotel, and only $35 when we arranged a taxi ourselves.
