Great location and just steps away from the action. Apartment well equipped with everything you need. Car space was the winner.

We chose the accommodation from a seniors travel perspective. Lift (no stairs), washing machine, dishwasher! All present and accounted for. Unit was clean and great for a 5 night visit. Comfy beds and a good size smart TV. Sunny and bright. Ground coffee and a drip filter coffee maker provided - a real plus. Also, it’s one of those rentals where you know the owner cares for their guests, and I thank Mia and her brother for making us feel welcome. Recommended.
Just a few things - shower over bath (not on a senior’s wish list), bulky pillows (a preference thing), a little out of old town and up an incline, but it’s a trade-off - few lifts in old town and fewer washing machines) but a nice walk along the waterfront. So a bit of a walk, but nice restaurants nearby.

Location and private garage was amazing. Two bathrooms and a washing machine in the apt were also huge bonuses.

Fantastic location just steps away from the old town.
Host was amazing and offered airport pick up and even held our bags till we joined a cruise.

Check-in was smooth - parking in the garage was easy with a small car. Communication was great. Room was clean. Kitchen is fairly well-provisioned.
One of the two rooms is a fairly small studio unit - the other is larger with a bigger seating area and balcony. The smaller unit faces several other properties reducing privacy.

Everything was really comfy. The place is just perfect - it is equipped with all what you need. It is outside the old city (but in the same time very near to it), and believe me, it is positive issue - no noise and this is a new building, so you have a parking slot and you have elevator. For families with small child it’s very important. And one more plus of location - it is near park Marjan - so you can have a walk there whenever you want and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Split there.
