Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber! Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden zu Gast. Sehr schöne Unterkunft und wunderbare Lage, ruhig und in Laufnähe zum Strand und zum Bahnhof.

The place had a perfect location with a parking spot for guests and a garden outside of the house which was very lovely. We liked the place very much. It was clean and very comfortable. The host, Luca, was friendly and welcoming and gave us some tips on places to eat.

I love this town and Luca's place. First the town: Very quiet, old town feel but not "dead", iIt was alive with it's own charm, and had a lovely pebble beach and cute cafes catering to the 800+ residents. We felt like locals, I got to use my limited italian in the little shops and restaurants. Of course it's not busy and full of things to see like the Cinque Terre towns, but I love the peace and quiet. Luca was an absolutely wonderful host, we came late due to our rough travel plans, and he made time to pick us up from the station (although it's so close, less than 5-10 minute walk) it was kind of him to do so, we appreciate it. The rooms are modern, clean, home-y. There was a kettle, capsule machine, tv, hairdryer, soap/shampoo, coffee and tea all provided. There is a shared microwave outside the room. No laundry facilities in the room but we could dry some wet clothes from the rain, outside the window on a clothes line. Will come back. Thank you, Luca!
We loved everything about our stay, no problems. Just a reminder for some people, if you guys are staying here to check out the Cinque Terre, it is 1 stop away from Levanto, so you need to buy train tickets and it is not included in the unlimited "Cinque Terre Pass" card for the train journeys if you wish to see the Cinque Terre towns. They are 4-8 minutes away by train.

A short walk to the beach and the train station, the Aff. de Luca is a very tidy apartment. It isn't all that easy to find, but good when you do. It was great to hear the sea again at night. Don't believe everything your car-nav says and follow the signs from the station. There is parking, but there are few steps and corners to negotiate. There was tea and coffee provided and some nice little extras.
