Service was spectacular! Felt like we were all royalty. Food was also exquisite.

They have a central heating system which works well, but is only on from 7pm onwards. Given the biting cold weather, they should provide room-specific thermostats and heaters

The hotel refused to give me an invoice for my stay. Very disappointing. E I have paid the tariff and either the hotel or Booking.com should give me an invoice. It’s a very simple request Hope I will not be disappointed

Beautiful location and extremely helpful staff

Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, they were at times too much in our space. They need to allow guests more privacy.
