Excellent location

Too expensive. We paid the price of a 4 star hotel for a 1 star (barely). We checked into the hotel around dinner time completely exhausted. We walked straight into the restaurant after checking in only to be outrightly told by the waiter that he is too busy serving other guest & we’d have to wait. There were hardly 4 families around there. Fortunately another waiter came along to serve us (wish we’d asked his name) extremely polite & served us our dinner without any delay

The linen was neat and clean. The room was big and spacious with a view of the river through the window.

Balcony room is not made available for online booking and we were told by the staff that the balcony rooms are only made available through Owner's reference which is disappointing. Food was overpriced and not upto the mark. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Good location , nice view , decent and helpful staff , hotel is clean and beautiful. Delicious food. Nice view of the river , mountain and Apple orchard. If you are looking for a calm and luxurious stay with delicious food at a remote place like Sangla Valley , it is the place to be.

Menu need to be arranged properly, it's confusing. Intercom facility should available in the room. Wifi should be available in the rooms as well , don't limit it only to the common area..

The view of the hotel was absolutely amazing! I don't think we could find a better view. Also, the food served was delicious, totally exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The outdoor area of the hotel could have been better cleaned.
