Modern, good facilities, very presentable, nice pool, good seating area, stunning views to the back. Supermarket very nearby.

The unfinished building bang in front is a terrible eyesore and it is not mentioned in the marketing. It disrupts the view at the front. We felt extremely safe but there was nothing to prevent anyone from entering the pool and garden area. There is no simple guide in the property to it's facilities so, for example, we had to work out for ourselves how the hot water boiler works

If only you have a car it’s the best place to stay in Makarska. Apartment is fully equiped and very spacious. The view is incredible. Host welcomed us with crotian snacks and showed whole property. We have been given also a card to enjoy free parking at cubano beach. I highly recommend it, we will gladly come back there.

The only minus is the building which is in construction in front of the property which obstructs the view of the beach.

Perfect place for relax and chillout. Villa is new with all stuff you need and big pool with hydromasage. Close to Mountains, Town Centre and Beach. Amazing view all sides. I spent great holiday. Greetings for owner.
