The house was very clean and comfortable. There are everything we need and all new. Location is very good and has a very nice view. Close to center and train station. We loved to stay this house and kids want to come again. Wanna thank to reception as well. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. Hope to come again:)

The apartment is really nice, clean and beautiful. It was nice to have tee bags ,coffee, sugar, to begin the afternoon.
This place is minutes from Coop and Migros to do grocery shopping.

- Specious 2 big rooms + 1 smaller room + large living room
- 3-4 minutes walk from the train station
- Plenty of free coffee and tea, even though we did not use much it is a nice gesture.
Not a big deal both:
1. Laundry room is in the basement, which is sometimes locked. Make sure to understand where to get the key of if you plan to use the laundry room. Note that you need to pay for laundry machines, about 2 franks per one wash and about additional 2 franks per drying. Make sure to have available small coins up to 2 franks.
2. I always like to have someone available via whatsapp and to personally wait for us in the apartment which is not the case here, however replies over booking were fair. Keys were easy to find as explained over booking message.

Great two bedroom, two bath apartment. The view was AMAZING! You could see the Matterhorn perfectly from the balcony. Also got to watch a lively flock of sheep every day! Nice view from the other balcony as well, and both felt pretty private. Tons of space to accommodate an even larger group.
Unfortunately, our check-in instructions were sent to us in German which we could not read. The shortest way to get there from the train station is over the rack rail tracks that your luggage can't roll over - has to be carried, which was challenging for our older companion. Also, it would be nice if there was at least salt and pepper provided.

Perfect location, so close to the train to get to the top of the mountain for skiing and convenient for the co-op and town centre restaurants. It was such a lovely spacious apartment, the living space was so roomy.
As mentioned in previous reviews the furniture, cupboards etc were a bit basic - the drawers in the chests didn't move very freely, but it's a small complaint considering everything else!

We have been very pleased from beginning to the last day of our 2 weeks stay.
Apartment is located in the apartment house very close to main train station as well as to Gornergrat train station, just few steps from actual centre of Zermatt. Even though surroundings and place itself are quite calm. Apartment is very spacious, we have been there with our 3 kids (9 - 11 years) and we had plenty of space! Kitchen is very nicely equipped, bedrooms are with very comfortable beds and living room is really huge, with a balcony facing Matterhorn, what a view!
All communication with property manager was great, they did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We do really recommend this aparment and we are also looking forward to stay there on our future trip to Zermatt!

We loved the proximity to Sunnegga, the main train station, Coop, the kids playground etc. It’s got a great balcony which gets the sun all day and looks out to the Matterhorn. The size of the apartment was great, but we were only a family of 4 staying here. The showers were great too, good pressure and always hot.
The kitchen appliances (oven, fridge) are dated, but to be fair they work adequately.

Very well organized property with handing over the keys, communication with the managing company. The apartment is perfectly located--few minutes walk from Gornegrat train station or from Sunnega. Very clean. Fits nicely a family of 6. Tall ceiling in the living room. The balconies are great and the views are really nice. Really appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage in the apartment for the last day and thus we could ski the entire last day fully.
There were no condiments of any sort in the kitchen except salt and no washing machine capsules---it would have been really nice if the basics would have been in. And the bath tub cannot be properly used when showering as the plastic wall is leaking--this needs to be fixed.
