Enjoyed it very much. Would rent again

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay ( so much so that we’ve already booked a return stay) . The unit is just as pictured and was very, very clean and well equipped. The location can’t be beat; the building is oceanfront on a quiet strip of beach and there are private lounge chairs available. The ( heated!) pool area is also great for relaxing/eating/swimming laps. Stores/restaurants are nearby as well, many within walking distance. Lastly, the owners and “management” were helpful and friendly, and easy to work with. Do not hesitate to book here ; highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience here. It’s the perfect little place if you don’t need a ton of space but want to be right on the beach. Management was friendly and helpful, and the inside of the unit was perfectly clean and newly refurbished. I would certainly stay here again :)

Lovely very well kept property. Close to shopping and Atlantic Avenue. But best part is privacy on beach and at big pool. Very helpful property manager and neighbors.

Very nice one BR condo on the beach. Great location. The place was a little dark and musty as it is on ground floor with limited ability to open a blind or window. Very well kept property. Pool and beach were excellent.

Upon arrival we found the property to be better than expected. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beach was a short 30 second walk and was secluded and quiet. The owner greeted us with a smile and gave us a tour of the property and beach access. The other owners of the property were very friendly and welcoming! I would absolutely stay there again! The apartment was perfect! We were met by Brenda when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the grounds, the pool (heated and salt water!) the beach (private and with lounge chairs) and the apartment and she was available during our entire stay (even over the holidays) The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can drive right up to the front door to unload items. Parking was ample and easy in the close-by lot. The interior is spotless and newly renovated. Though there is no view from inside the apartment, the interior lighting was bright and you are just steps from the ocean outside your front door. Washer and Dryer located in the unit was very handy. Bed and linens/ pillows were incredible comfortable and bed was very large. It was pushed together for my husband and I, but when separated I believe they are 2 doubles. Plenty of closet and drawer space for 2 people. I cooked everyday and had all the utensils and tools I needed. Wifi worked great. We had an iron, ironing board, beach towels and extra bath towels, The AC is in-wall in the living room (not central) so you do have to sleep with the bedroom door open to allow flow but it worked great. The entire building is very quiet. There is a hose right outside for easy feet rinsing after the beach! You can walk for miles in each direction on the ocean and the beach itself is calm (except when storms roll through of course) with really nice sand and little to no seaweed. You are less than 2 miles from grocery and drug stores, very close to the downtown bars and restaurants area. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
