Central location made it so easy to get to everything. The roof top patio was lovely.

Duplex apartment in central location with outdoor shady rooftop patio & indoor air conditioning. Street was not noisy. Easy walking to cathedral, shopping & restaurants nearby.
Limited mugs for coffee though there was crockery.

Supportive staff, excellent location, duplex apartment well laid out with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, a nice living room and a tiny but adequate kitchenette. The welcome bottle of cava a lovely touch, and the roof terrace is a nice feature.
The apartment is quite shabby and needs decorating. There are obvious bad water leak stains on the walls, the decking on the roof terrace is broken in places and dangerous. Better quality bed linen and towels are needed.

slightly rundown (but clean), very tiny kitchen that had excessive and eclectic assortment of dishes and appliances. the downstairs shower leaked water all over floor despite carefully turning shower head and being careful not to spray, loose toilet seat that slid off frame of toilet

Great location. Very nice apartment.
All the TV stations were in Spanish. We like to watch old movies at night and we could not get the Internet for YouTube. This was frustrating.

The location and rooftop deck were very nice.
The apartment was NOT well cleaned, the ceiling was crumbling from some sort of water damage, it was cold, the floors in the showers had loose and missing tiles, and the kitchen is so small it was almost impossible to cook. You could also hear music from a nightclub nearby at night on the weekends.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped and modern; the position is excellent and the roof terrace a real bonus! Ideal for two couples requiring a degree of privacy.
There was a dull thudding sound during the night which permeated the apartment and went on till 4 to 5am, seriously disturbing sleep. It was impossible to discern the cause!

A beautifully appointed city-centre apartment with the added bonus of a rooftop terrace looking out across the rooftops to Sevilla's stunning Gothic cathedral. Surprisingly quiet given that you are right at the heart of the action. Great bars and restaurants very close by so really no need to self-cater, even though there's a fully equipped kitchenette.
Couldn't fault the comfort/cleanliness. It was a pity that the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived in spite of having agreed our arrival time.

Outstanding two-story apartment with amazing terrace. The elevator goes directly to the flat. The apartment was very clear and well equipped. There are two bedrooms, each with bathroom. Very comfortable beds. It is the very centre of the city (old city). Check in was easy and friendly - thank you Bettina! Contact was great. We have also booked parking earlier nearby the apartment. Sevilla is beatutiful - must See! We recommend this place to everybody!
