Nice central location

A very nice comfortable apartment in a great location for exploring the town. Decoration and feel is far more classic Spanish than modern minimalist. Lovely hosts, Carmen and her husband were very professional and businesslike when we arrived late in the evening, and although we didn't speak much of each others language, communicating via Google Translate was not a problem. Carmen was amazingly helpful the following day when we discovered my friend had lost his passport. She picked us up and gave us a lift to the local police station where she interpeted for us. Definitely helpful above and beyond what we could expect! The property has the use of an underground car park a couple of blocks away which is very useful as parking can be an issue in Icod but be advised, the entrance is very steep and would not be suitable for large vehicles. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Extremely handy location if you wish to discover the area around Icon. Bus stop right by the door of the property. Very pleasant hostess and the apartment equipped with absolutely everything you need.

It has great views. It is well placed in Icod with its own secure car parking. I had a great time there.

There was a lack of plug sockets so that to charge my phone I had to unplug my bedside light. There were no mugs only tiny cups & tiny plates. I am English & l do like a mug of tea or coffee, not a European style shot! That said it was a great place to stay & l would not hesitate to recommend it.
