La disposición de la casera a facilitarnos todo lo que pudiera durante nuestra estancia. Ibamos por temas de médicos (ya que está pegado al hospital) y se adaptó a todos los cambios que nos fueron sucediendo y super amable. Muchas gracias por hacérnoslo tan fácil en momentos complicados.

A clean, comfortable apartment, next to a good supermarket and close to the hospital (which I needed to visit every day). The hosts were kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

A minor point, but a couple of hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Hosts were very kind, helpful and supportive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a nice block on the main road. It felt very secure. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well and there was plenty of hot water. There's a good supermarket next door.

The host met us , showed us round, explained everything really clearly and even gave us a gift.

good location - quite far from the city center but close enough to the bus stop with a few conenctions to the center/ beach. supermarket next to the building.

1. upon making the reservation there was information that the apartment had a balcony - in fact, it had no balcony at all (just big windows from the ceiling to the floor) - unfortunately, the hosts kept claiming that such a window is a balcony and did not accept the complaint. I am travelling a lot and this was the very first time I encountered something like this. we stayed there for a week and would definitely not choose this place if we knew there is no real balcony on which you can have breakfast or coffee in the evening (we were with a small child so we spent the majority of the evenings in the apartment). 2. also the prices for apartments without a balcony in this location were much lower. the price I paid was like for an apartment with a balcony... 3. the host came in to the apartment without even knocking the door a day before our check-out, without letting us know. we were inside, were apologized for that but it was incredibely unpleasant. also at the date of the check-out, yet a bit before the agreed hour the host came in to the apartment, again without even knocking the door - we planned to be ready to check-out at the agreed hour straight and we were ready then. 4. there was a bit strange smell in the apartment when we came in (cigarettes or something similar - we aired the apartment but it did not help for the bedcover in the living room).

The hosts were very friendly and very welcoming. We felt like a home. The hosts received us as if we were family. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing really to like. When first arrived in the apartment block the elevator broke with 5 of us in it for 5 minutes. Nearly passed out it was so hot

The bed was so uncomfortable, the room was so hot, couldn’t sleep, the apartment was next to a main road so couldn’t sleep due to being so loud, the shower doesn’t work properly.
