Nuestra propiedad frente al lago es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el piso inferior. La unidad tiene aproximadamente 900 pies cuadrados, vistas al agua desde cada habitación y tiene un plano de planta abierto. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial y un baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un vestidor. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar y tambi��n hay una pantalla plana de aproximadamente 42 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal.

Everything was good from check in to check out. Manager was great assisting us with extending our stay as requested. My wife and I along with my 87 year old mother-in-law were down for my brother-in-law whom was in he local HCA Brandon hospital. Very convenient to hospital . Only complaint was when folks rented the upstairs condo. The noise from their morning and evening activity transferred down through our ground floor ceiling very loudly. Normal walking sounded like stomping. The manager did speak to the occupants on our behalf to no avail. Other than this one issue everything was great. I thank the manager for his attempt to assist us.

This was our first Vrbo and I was a little nervous. I was so happy when we checked in. Adrian was in constant communication with us while we traveled down to Fl. And always available when we needed him. We were so blessed to have been able to stay from June 30-Nov15 while waiting for our home to be built. It was so clean and fully furnished! All linen, towels and shower curtains were brand new. I LOVED having a patio with furniture that overlooked the pond which was full of wildlife. The staff on property were always so friendly and always helping us out when we had questions or concerns. The neighbors were all so friendly. We used the pool a lot in the summer and enjoyed having pool table and small fitness area to use. (I do wish there were some more equipment in there but we joined a local gym that was super close) my daughter loved the treadmills. The condo had everything even a vacuum.
We felt very fortunate to have found this hidden gem while making so many transitions. Thank you Powell Property and staff!!

I rented this property for 8 days so I could visit with my daughter. The accommodations were as expected but the pool and the constantly changing wildlife by the water was incredible! Thanks for a wonderful stay. I am relaxed!

Booked from Nov 9 to Nov 20. The second day that we were there we had to return home due to a emergent condition. It was communicated to the local property manager, Adrian who was very understanding. He told me that the Powell office would be informed in the am. I never heard anything from anyone on a call back. A few days later I followed up with Adrian. He informed me that I had not followed the proper channels? I really didn't want a refund. The situation was far more important than the rental. The fact that Cody nor Denise never contacted us is a joke. If the were even informed. We will not rent from Powell Realty EVER again. The property was a 3 of 5 at best. The communication with the management is a 1 of 5.

A few opportunities - The dining room table looks nice but is not functional. If 2 couples tried to share it, or even just two people like us, it's not usable. The chairs are too low and uncomfortable and the table is too small. Could use some more pots for cooking.

We tried to switch the batteries and adjust channels and volumes from a million different positions, but nothing worked. Other than that, we had the best view of the lake and the central location was nice! Plus our patio had an electric grill that worked GREAT and was nice for a quiet meal in.

Comfortable with great scenery of the lake
The best part is the front faces the lake. apartment was clean and comfortable. My teens stated the couch was very comfortable. The only problem was the walls were thin and we heard the kids upstairs running and jumping.

Quiet and Comfortable
This beats a "regular" hotel any day. I love the lake view, and we have plenty of space. Everything was clean. Convenient Brandon location! This was our second time staying here and we will be back.

One Week for Grandson's Graduation
This unit was perfect for us. We had two beautiful bedrooms with a view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful on our screened in patio for Breakfast and Dinner.

If you are staying in the Brandon/Valrico area, I recommend this property! The company was easy to deal with and accommodations were clean and comfortable. The lake view was fantastic! We will definitely be back. The only issue is that you may see a property advertised for $75 a night, but after all of the fees (and there are a lot), it ends up being $150. It's still a good deal with the amount of space you get, (and I do believe you are aware of all the costs before booking) but just something to keep in mind. I think this is the way to go if you are traveling with family!

Noisy end unit
The unit was very small, there were only 2 towels and it was super noisy. Very ei dy on the end unit and it howels and the back of thr unit. Its very hard to sleep as its super bright with no toom darkening curtains

Wonderful & Quiet
We arrived and ALL was great. We had a leaking issue when we returned home one night at midnight. We called, and within half hr. we had not 1 but 2 repair persons fixing the problem. Can not say how helpful these people are. Lovely condo- full of towels. The only thing to make it better would be IF they provided a hairdryer. Beautiful view and quiet surroundings. We WILL be back.

Great property for a great prcw
Me, my husband and a friend stayed for 6 days while in Tampa for a conference. Our check-in agent was Adeean. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The property looks rcatly like in the pictures. It smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in that I couldn't help for feel at home. I would not only recommend this property to friends and family, I would stay here again.

Highly Recommended
We stayed here in December of 2015 and arrived Christmas Eve night. Even so Cara (the lady who checked us in) was so sweet and understanding due to us being later than the check in time and even later than the estimated time we gave them. They accommodated us because we were driving from MI to FL with a 1 yr old so we weren't sure of an exact time. The place is as exactly as the pictures show. It's very comfortable, inviting, and clean. It's not gated (I don't like feeling like I'm staying in a prison anyway) but we felt very safe and it was very quiet. Many of the actual tenants that lived there were friendly and greeted us as we passed by. It's close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The view from the lanai is so nice. It was nice waking up in the morning and winding down in the evening with a view of the lake. Also, there were no bug problems. We didn't see a single one. I don't know if the time of year made a difference but we didn't come across any in the unit. The beds are very comfortable as well.
The only downside is some of the pots and pans looked like they needed to be replaced as well as the knives in the knife block on the counter. I'm pretty picky about that stuff though. It's certainly not a deal breaker but if you're like me and you're driving in just pack a couple of pots, a pan, and one good knife like I did. We could've used more towels but we didn't ask. They are so nice though that I'm sure they would've taken care of us if we did. Just ask!
On our last day I stopped to see if I could meet Brenda (she handled the payments and got us our details and receipts) she was there and she gave me a hug. Very sweet woman, down to earth and professional. I also saw Cara again she waved hello and the owner Janice Powell. She thanked us for staying and I said goodbye to them and we were on our way. We will definitely be using them again the next time we stay in Brandon or Tampa. This was our first time doing a vacation rental so we were a bit nervous but everything went well with no problems.
P.S. I also emailed questions and got very quick responses from Cody Powell (other owner). He was very pleasant to deal with as well.
