The location is close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beaches which is ideal but there are building sites right in front and behind the property which are noisy all day

WARNING - IF YOU DO NOT MIND BEING WOKEN UP AT 7.30AM EVERY DAY AND HEARING BANGING AND CEMENT MIXERS GOING ALL DAY THEN BOOK THIS VILLA. WE PLANNED ON SPENDING A LOT OF TIME AT THE VILLA BUT IN THE END WE WENT OUT EVERY DAY BECAUSE THE NOISE WAS UNBEARABLE - I COMPLAINED ON THE FIRST DAY AND WHEN I CAME HOME BUT THE OWNER IS CLEARLY NOT INTERESTED

The house had everything we could need. The location was fantastic, on the bus route to the town or we walked into the old town by the coast in less than an hour. Plenty of local restaurants, supermarkets, car rental places etc in the locality. Local beaches are lovely and a nice little park nearby too. Panos was a fantastic host. He gave good advice on local restaurants and attractions and nothing was too much trouble for him when we had questions.

The only warning I'd have for families with small kids is that the house has lots of sharp edges so give them the safety talk early on! :-)

The hosts met us at the villa and informed us of the intricacies of the property. The house is beautiful and it was spotless. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They are very accommodating and provided everything we needed for our baby, including a crib, baby gate and a high chair. They had light snacks, breakfast and Raki waiting for us. The location is perfect! There were several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores near us and the beach was walking distance. Overall, excellent villa and wonderful hosts! I’m so glad I found this place!
